We stayed at this hotel twice during our visit to Chile and Argentina. On both occasions we really enjoyed the stay. The Atton is located very near the newest chopping center in Santiago, there are several top restaurants within walking distance and the staff could not be better - they took care of e very little issue that came up, and always with a smile and kind word. We'll definitely go back to this hotel on the next trip. The only downside we saw at this time is the construction going on around the hotel and a couple of floors of the hotel are being remodeled, but the work did not cause us any undue problems.
This hotel is in the financial district of Santiago; hence very quiet on the weekend. Of course things are busy on weekdays, on the major streets, but not on the small street where Atton is. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff speaks good English and is very helpful.
Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, they arranged for my airport transportation to and from. The room and amenities very comfortable and clean. Hotel very centralized and close to my meeting location. Hotel Restaurant food actually better than the average. Very satisfied with the facility, service and staff. Roger Cabrera
Employees do not strive to meet accordingly. They are not very kind, they do not greet, they are not coordinated with each other.
We were charged $60 to check in early (11am) whereas our friends who arrived a day earlier checked in early at no charge. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathroom shower was falling apart, water leaked out of the shower every day and created a puddle in the bathroom, and the bathtub would not drain. The location was great.
