Very nice hotel with excellent view of Taal Volcano. It’s walking distance to the casino, amusement park and a short drive to town, the mall and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included in our package. Great customer service.
The Lake Wing, where we stayed, is very nice with incredible views. The restaurant was very good as well. The spa has excellent massage staff and is reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to get away from it all.
Hotel is beautiful, more pricey than most Filipino hotels. Buffet at Veranda was OK- the desserts were good but the food aren’t served in hot trays so you see oil build up with some dishes. The staff is very nice.
We had a problem with the wood sliding bathroom door and TV, but they came immediately and fixed both. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and so hospitable. Highly recommend.
