Pleasant staff. Bed soft, woke with an aching back. No table or desk with chair in room. No place to set things. Breakfast was ok, waffle maker, cereal, toast, yogurt.

I don't expect much from a budget hotel, just somewhere to crash for the night on the road. The reviews suggested this hotel would fit the bill. However, I found what appeared to be human feces smeared on the toilet handle. Front desk switched my room immediately, and the next room appeared clean. It's just after finding something like, you really doubt the cleanliness of the whole place.

I called the hotel just after I made the reservations, to check what was included in the breakfast. I was told it was a full breakfast, so I asked about eggs and was told yes there were eggs. I didn't see any eggs either time I stayed there. At least hard boiled eggs would be nice. Otherwise the stay was very nice and since I travel with my dog, it was especially nice to have a beautiful park across the street to go for a walk.

My wife and I stopped in Santa Rosa on our way to the Grand Canyon for our fall vacation. The staff were very helpful and friendly at check in. The room was nothing special. It was small, dated, and in need of an update. We had a smoking room, which is very difficult to find, but it smelled so strong of smoke, you know they don't even try to address it. Bed was comfortable, and clean as was the room in general. All in all it served its purpose well for our sake, but would not want to book this room for an extended stay.

The staff was very friendly and provided us with several options for things to do. I wanted to buy chile and take home and they told me about the farmers market. Not all the rooms have a refrigerator which I didn't realize until I brought half my dinner home. The staff wanted to move me, SWEET, but hated to have them do that for me. They let me use the kitchen refrigerator. Another nice accommodation.

The staff was rude, the hotel room was dirty, there was another persons hair all over the pillows from both beds, the sheets were dirty. We only ended up staying one night. And not the second, because we were so uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable and the facilities well kept. The Front Desk Staff seemed to think they were doing the guests a favor. The clerk acted shocked that I would ask if the rooms had microwave ovens (they didn't). I later needed to make a short list of things to pick up at the store and there was not pen or paper in the room. I went to the from Desk picked up a pen and business card and made my list. The clerk (different than the first clerk mentioned) huffily said help yourself to which I replied "Idid."

my granddaughter found 2 spiders, one on the floor the other in the bed, we took the first one down and they seemed unconcerned, said they would spray, the 2nd one was in the bed with her. When we decided to go to another hotel we found a centipede crawling up the wall in the hallway. They didn't offer money back or any compensation, just oh sorry about that.

Older property right off of Interstate. Friendly staff clean room did the trick after a long day of driving. Good for a one night stay.

Nice place to land after a long day's ride! As Super 8's compare, this one is on the top of the list.

Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It smelled bad throughout. There is a new motel just up the road from it. I should have stayed there.

Convenient, nice place to stay on the road. Not too far from the interstate.

A little hard to get to from the interstate short drive dinner. Close to interstate but quite.

Rooms where clean and comforterable, staff was good, easy location.

Room was adjoined to another room...could hear everything in next room. The room itself was extremely small with a queen bed, desk, & TV...no room to really move around. Felt like we were in a closet. Just a very uncomfortable stay. Staff was friendly tho.

This was a stop on our way back home...it was right off the highway; easy to find and convenient. Check in was quick and painless. People were very friendly

This was just a simple stop on a trip to the Grand Canyon / Las Vegas. Nothing special, just a simple clean motel.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the Super 8 Santa Rosa. It was in a great location for us - directly off the highway and easy to find along our route. The rooms were very neat and clean (with comfortable beds!) and it appeared to have been recently updated. They offered continental breakfast that was well stocked with many options of food and drink and the overall service was very friendly.

We arrived late. Hoped for a nice clean, non smoking room to sleep for the night. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We ate a late dinner at a local truck stop which was adequate. The worst part was the smell and the 11 am check out after driving for 8 hours.

Easy on and off interstate
