It was closed when I got there and they were remodeling.

The room needed updating , the exhaust vent in the bathroom was falling off and the shower water regulator was really loose

The receptionist did not show empathy. He did not smile and had a cold attitude. This is the only one time this happens at this hotel. I've been there several times for work.

the property was under construction, workmen egan work at 7 am, scaffolding was everywhere, pool was closed, receptioest was chewing bubbegum loudly the entire time we checked in, she told us, between chews, that if we didn't like the hotel we could leave, we arrived at 5 pm and one of our two rooms was not ready, the one elevator was being used y the house keeping staff with equipment so we had to wait and finally squeeze into the elevator with her and her stuff, the walls in one of our rooms were unfinished, the reception desk was untended most of the time, i asked for an extra blanket, the attendant said it would "be deivered immediately"...I never received it.

The property is under repair/renovation. Everything is messy. Smelly. The room was very disappointing. There were cleaning rags on the window sill, the bathtub was not clean (so couldn't use it). The freezer was completely iced over. I was only there to sleep, so I stayed, but would never go again.

this hotel has old or fake pictures online.. when i showed up it looked like a decrepit crumbling structure.. and smelled inside everywhere.. i left and got a room elsewhere.. even though i canceled they still tried to charge me for the stay 3 times and i had no obligation to pay as it was a free cancelation res. this place is a dump stay away

I’ve stayed here a few times before and always wondered why I read so many negative reviews, and this last time I found out why. The man working the front desk came off like us checking in was a disturbance to him or something. The bed had some uncomfortable cheap “comforter” on it and the room had a real old outdated air conditioner that was very loud everytime it kicked on. The backdoor has a sign posted that states it is locked between 9pm and 6 am, it was never locked and there were some annoying people in the adjacent room that kept going in and out of the door from 2 am through til 5 am, and the only reason I can assume they stopped was after THEIR noise woke the dog someone had staying in the room across the hall that wouldn’t stop barking. After failing to get any decent sleep because of all the noise I was going to try taking a shower and SURPRISE! no towels in the room. spent the time period they serve breakfast trying to recoup the lost sleep from the bad night so I can’t speak to the quality. This is such a drastic change from the previous times I had stayed there I wonder if it’s under new management. All I know is if you take the gamble of booking with them, be sure you get a room as far as possible from the back entrances and preferably on a floor above otherwise you’re in for a lot of noise and nonsense

If you have someone above you, you will hear footsteps and the doors are thin so you will hear outside noise.

I attempted to cancel this reservation. I was put on hold and then finally given a reference number for an email. From this experience I will never book a hotel room through ORBITZ and will tell all others the free cancellation is just a way to steal ones money. Very disappointed

Charged a "cleaning deposit" for ADA service dogs. Was told it was a "DEPOSIT" & would be refunded. It wasn't refunded & am now told it's a cleaning fee. Even thought it is expressly against ADA regulations & what their own site says about service dogs, they flat out refused to give me my "deposit" back. I will be taking this up with my bank.

The room was great pretty big and decent priced, I was a surprisedand amazed at the size and conditionof the room. The shower was too low, I'm only 5'3" and had to duck and the water pressure was horrible

This “hotel” is nothing more than a drug haven for every type of criminal thug that exists today. What an absolutely disgusting wreck of a property that has clearly been forgotten. It is my fervent hope that I will be able to totally forget the horror that this “hotel” encapsulates.

Very nice location with Amenities included I haven't even seen in higher priced hotels like a refrigerator and microwave etc. Excellent experience
