Hotel was very clean and so was my room. Parking right out front of your rooms; however, if you drive a rather large truck or SUV spots are limited and the regular spots are small even for compact. The hotel does not offer breakfast of any kind. I would have liked some fruit or a yogurt to walk out to work with. Single serve coffee in room but no to go cup. Wi-Fi was good and had no problems. Great Hotel for the price but the price was indicative of the snobby area.

poor inadequate parking. poor amenities. no breakfast. poor appearance. over priced.

avoid room 109. It is noisy due to some in-hotel machinery. Smth is activated each other second.

The staff was very polite and the place was comfortable and convenient

Older, plain motel but they’ve updated the rooms. Room was comfortable, nice pillows and linen. Good coffee and a bottle of mineral water.

Good location a bit louf from trafic good italian coffee and watter

Very nicely designed hotel room. Very comfortable bed. Nice tv display.

When I was growing up this was a travel lodge but the reviews were good and so I decided to book the hotel. What a pleasant surprise. The renovations of this hotel are first rate. The linens, bed and furnishings were very upscale. I even asked the clerk at the desk what the beds were they were so comfortable. Staff was wonderful, it was immaculately clean very little noise even being next to the elevator. There’s a nice little diner across the street called Adele’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel at all.

Basic 3-story motel that has been redecorated inside and out, four years ago. Ikea grade modernist glass top furniture, black and brown motif. Good memory foam topped mattress. Illy in-room espresso/coffee maker. Free bottle of Pelligrino. Gilchrist & Soames shower supplies. Neal George hand soap and lotion. Everything in 16 oz pump bottles, so no bar soap or wasted plastic bottles. Walk-in ~8"x*' rain shower head. Good towels. Louvered blinds. Still has old-school AC/heating unit below the window. Some street noise at times, but not severe.. One of the two best values in Santa Rosa that I know of. Diner across the street, brew pub/coffee house 3 blocks away.

Hotel is a renovated 3 story building. Standard features with rooms that have high end fixtures, name brand tv, and updated items such as refrigerator, toilet, and shower. Bathroom has been fully tiled and has fixtures such as sink and faucet with new modern look. Elevator , ice machine, outside. I enjoyed my stay, building is near a major intersection but rest was easily had. Home neighborhoods out back and restaurant out front.

When we arrived, their check in system was down and they had no other process in place to bypass this. After a long wait, they finally decided they'd provide the key after I fill out a check in form manually which asked for my credit card number. I absolutely refused especially given the recent hacks. Our room was right by the staircase and you could hear and see everything. The room was fine, bed was comfy, but missing a lot of amenities. Outlets were scarce, no USB plugs, bathroom products were poor quality. Unfortunately, there is NOTHING to do in the downtown area. We ended up driving back to Healdsburg. When we got back to our room, it was pretty late and we noticed the toilet wasn't draining well. We were both exhausted and decided to address the problem in the morning. At 9 am the next morning, we called to the front desk asking if we could get the toilet serviced. She came back with an attitude that obviously they didn't have anyone on call for sunday at 9 am but we could try to plunge it ourselves. At this point, I'm horrified. People stay at hotels so these problems can be solved for them. We decided to get out of here asap. When I went to drop off the key at the front desk, she asked me how my stay was and I brought up the toilet issue again.I was absolutely in shock when instead of apologizing or offering some sort of refund, she proceeded to reprimand and lecture me on how it was our fault for not bringing this up earlier. Customers do not seem to be valued here.

to many bad things to list bad location, room smelled this is a MOTEL! thats all I can say

It sounds like a race track is next to the hotel at night. Plus pipes in the wall behind our closet were banging all the time. Not worth the price they charge.

pros: room was clean, tv had a lot of channels, near the freeway Cons: bed was not very comfortable, door did not create a tight seal at the bottom allowing light and possibly bugs to come and go as they please, it took over 20mins for the water to become anything other than freezing in the shower

Check in and out was both smooth and friendly. Bed was Super comfortable. Modern room in an older hotel. Close to Russian River Brewery so it was an easy stumble return. Would certainly stay there again. Thank You.

Good central location for a trip to Sonoma. Santa Rosa itself isn't exciting and a downtown is a little run-down/sketchy in places so probably would have stayed elsewhere in Sonoma Valley but this is a clean, convenient hotel that worked for us. Only complaint is that it is at a busy intersection so is fairly noisy from traffic

It's a motel, which is fine, but is definitely not a hotel. It's cute, they've done a great job remodeing

The rooms are exceptionally clean with new furniture and modern design. The only drawback is that the walls and windows are not soundproof. Could hear everyone passing our door outside. The room next to us was being cleaned in the morning, and it felt like someone was vacuuming around our bed.

The room was nice, freshly remodeled.. the owner calls it a "boutique" hotel and has these high end coffee machines in the room although mine didn't work. What left a bad taste in my mouth was a $200 deposit with no option to refuse without being charged full price for the night in this glorified motel 6. Hotel policy should be listed on the website, if I knew this before I would have never booked :/

Hotel room design beautiful but unclean near sink back splash, toilet seat kept shifting. When I went to point out problems, staff took notes, but when I returned to hotel late evening nothing was fixed. Internet access was non-existent for 2 days - staff kept saying tech was coming but problem never resolved. Also incredible was $200 that you were forced to put hold on your credit card for incidentals. Even though there was no damage, theft, other purchases made by me at hotel, that hold is still on my credit card even 2 days after checking out. There was a lot of noise from a busy road even late into the night, early morning. You would think that shutters on window would keep out noise but it didn't at all - probably need thicker paned windows to insulate against all the noise of heavy trucks on the extremely busy road. Even though there was shampoo bottle, the pump didn't work, and since it was bolted to the wall, I couldn't get shampoo. Also, there was no hair conditioner - i asked the next day when I asked that the shampoo pump be replaced. Good thing that I had some from another night's stay at a Hilton. Now I know why people stick to name hotel chains rather than venture out to "boutique hotels."
