The Court offers you a peaceful, relaxing stay in the heart of Seaside, with astonishingly convenient proximity to all the action. Following an extensive 18-month renovation, the town's old motor court now offers guests the modern conveniences they need, all in the Seaside vibe, with a hint of the traveling joys of the past motor court tradition.

Beyond the blackout shades of the room, gaze out on The Lawn, an impeccably landscaped garden. In the room, there is a queen-sized bed complete with luxury Peacock Alley bedding and Serena & Lily coastal furnishings. If you need to work or check email, there is a built-in desk. Also, the room has ample storage to stow your things with no cramping. An under-counter refrigerator and a coffee station with a Nespresso maker help to make your day more comfortable.

In the private bath, there is a marble-tiled shower and ample vanity. Plush robes are provided for your stay. Experience the rejuvenating effects of the rainfall showerhead and wand for complete relaxation. Ready to hit the beach? The Ruskin Street Pavilion beach access is across the street (with the iconic Coleman Pavilion a block away).

Outside, the room has a private porch that is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The porch also features a hanging bed with a throw for the perfect quiet moment.

The location is one of the best features of The Court. The amphitheater is nearby. Also, you are just steps away from the charming downtown area with Airstream food vendors, treasure-filled shops, and restaurants. Back in your room, you’re away from the noise and bustle.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to twelve months in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 50 lbs.
