Excellent Vacay Home
Proximity to the beach was an easy 2 block walk, however we opted to rent a golf cart and bikes. Renting the property gave us a credit in purchasing beach equipment. I loved that each member of the family had a master on each floor. There is also two living rooms. Excellent option for the future.

Shellabrate Good Times :)
The house is lovely. Brand new build. Convenient location, right in the center of santa rosa and a quick bike ride to seaside. My only complaint about the rental is the lack of beach area available to renters, especially across the street as there is a large condo on the beach and private beach property on both sides. It made for a VERY crowded beach, practically sitting on top of other people. We were planning on renting chairs on the beach but there were no spots available by the time we arrived midmorning. I would suggest renting them as early as you can and staking your claim early...like 6:30am. Also, there is no outside gathering space at the house...just a front porch that abuts the very hot driveway. Overall, the rental was great! Very clean and very new.

We had such a great time during our stay the property location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The house was beautiful and had a great bedroom layout for our group. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in 30a.

Great time in Seagrove!
We had a great time here! The property was just as listed and a short walk to the beach! We appreciated the following:
-Free Wifi
-Kitchen cookware and dinnerware to use
-The loft in the master
-The credits for activities and beach equipment rental
-3 king bedrooms (This is hard to find)
-The quality of fixtures
-Clean and well maintained

Girls beach trip
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home is brand new construction in a smaller neighborhood, just off of 30a. Beach access is a short walk with minimal steps down to the beach. We had one small issue with a coffee maker and the property manager handled it immediately and delivered a new one. The home is gorgeous and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
