The space of the hotel is unique. Extremely big, spacious outside and pretty standard rooms. The room I was in needs to be checked, the door did not lock, there were holes at the bottom, like a hotel that hasn't been looked after, just painted over. Something they changed are the rooms, depending on where you are , the "all inclusive" applies or not, so be confident everything will be there. If are not VIP you cannot be on certain places by the beach, no access to a couple of drinks, and overall, the attention goes to premium clients, others do not receive what is expected.

Bathroom got clogged three times out of the six days that we were there. Selection of drinks was very poor and for better quality drinks they were for sale by bottle only!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the Dreams Hotel. The staff is friendly & make a great experience. We enjoyed the pools overlooking the beach. The waves & current were a bit strong to get in. You have to be careful with the kiddos & keep a close eye on them to make sure they don’t get swept away with the current. We visited la Entega Beach & it was nice for family to swim in. There is a little of everything in terms of food. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants & buffet.

Food was cold-pancakes etc. if it wasn’t made fresh. Restaurant food was excellent but the rest was just ok Couldn’t use pools or hot tubs due to lack of safe manner to enter having walking disability

Property is great and clean. Staff is not attentive and lacks communication. Bar cocktails are disgusting. Too many rules to abide by considering people are on vacation.
