Located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and only 5 km from the picturesque village of Alaró, this is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends.
With 315 m² of carefully maintained living space, the house offers comfort, style, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Ground floor: spacious living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an additional guest toilet, and a second cozy living room with fireplace.
First floor (east wing): two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared lounge area—ideal for relaxing.
Large front terrace and another terrace at the back of the house.
Private pool (3.5 x 7 m) with sun terrace.
Chill-out area with outdoor dining table and barbecue—perfect for summer evenings with family and friends.
Covered parking for 2 cars, plus additional space for 4 more vehicles.
No direct neighbors, ensuring complete privacy and peace.
