Room for improvement
The clerk at the front desk was nice, but that's where the good ends. The first room they gave me was dirty (towels on the floor, beds unmade, etc.) When I went downstairs to tell them, the clerk looked shocked. She promptly gave me a different room. The beds were super hard, and the room was sparse; at least it had a working TV. I know the phrase "you get what you pay for," but i feel that I overpaid for this experience.
