Lady at front desk understand and helpful with cancelation. This property was not at all as advertised and not at the Wyndham standards. The place was dirty outside - looked like a motel. Not a please for a family on vacation. Felt very unsafe.
This is the filthiest place I've ever stayed at. Made the mistake of walking across the floors without socks and my feet turned black. Shameful and disgusting.
The hotel exterior looks worn down. Old paint and rusted bolts. No swimming pool. Room condition was good but. The room need a new air filter. The ac blew dust particles that irritated my through.l during the night.

Gross, unclean, stinky facility. Housekeepers leave piles of laundry and carts in hall all day. Run away as fast as you can.

This is clearly a $80.00 a night hotel. Broken down cars in parking lot, crumbling building, bad area. Even rotten fruits in the fruit bowl for breakfast. Go to the Motel 6 much nicer and a even a bit closer to town.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Fire alarm went off 3 times, twice during 2 different nights. Ice machine was broken.
