Days Inn Santa Fe New Mexico

Front desk staff either kind and helpful or disinterested and rude. At check in, we arranged late check out, which was not honored by morning staff. Despite "do not disturb" sign, maids busted in twice (8 am, 9 am) trying to clean.

We arrived late at night, tired after traveling, and we had trouble checking in. The clerk couldn't seem to find a room available even though our reservation had been made well in advance. We finally were checked into a room that turned out to already have occupants, so we had to go back to the front desk and go through the check in process again. The next day we discovered that the advertised wi-fi didn't work in our room. When we complained to the manager he said it was probably because we were in a corner room. He offered to move us, but our family was tired and moving wasn't a good option for us. The manager's only solution then was to tell us to come to the lobby area anytime we wanted to use the internet. Frustrating. We love Santa Fe but will probably pick another hotel next time we visit.

Very old. Neighborhood did not feel safe. Lots of homeless people. Very comfy bed tho.

I travel to Santa Fe and Taos and I need a place not too expensive and with the easy enter with my mountain bikes.

The room was very dirty, carpet was dirty and sheets had stains! Blow dryer and coffee maker did not work. Would never stay ther agin.

Excellent value, convenient location. Toilet gave trouble twice, but staff attended to that right away.

The room is very clean. The room service is really good. Thanks a lot.

I was looking for an economical stay while we explored New Mexico. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was very clean. Loved that we had a fridge and microwave for small meals and snacks. Excellent deal for the price!!

Stayed 13 nights and loved it. The room was clean and faced the courtyard. The pool was large, clean and well-kept, as was the landscaping. Breakfast was wonderful although you need to go early to make sure there are enough eggs, etc.

Average stay, nothing exceptional. Hotel was a bit rundown but overall fine.

Great value and just a short drive from downtown. Clean, friendly & helpful staff.

Cleans rooms, very nice staff. Great location in Santa Fe. The only bad thing was breakfast wasn't very good.

Quiet and nothing special. Good for nights to stay but probably lacking in family fun amenities.

Room was clean and comfortable. Was a little under-staffed and those working were not very friendly.

the top floor in our bathroom almost caved in..and we couldn't move to anther room cause there weren't any available

pool is sized like a real pool so you can do laps. room is very large with a couch and desk.

Room dark, drab, sink stopper did not work, very little lighting, breakfast very plain. Not a good value.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. No problems, easy check-in, a really good value.

I wouldn't stay there if it wasn't just to sleep. Room had a weird smell to it and bathroom flooded.

This was my third stay at this property and it just keeps getting better. They are pet friendly and the charge is only $20 for your pets entire stay. The generously-sized, sparkling clean pool is surrounded by a number of well-maintained gardens containing roses and other brightly-colored flowers and shrubs. There is also outdoor furniture for those who would like to sit outside and enjoy the lovely view and fresh air. This trip was just a weekend getaway from Albuquerque, so the huge, comfy king beds and plentiful pillows were much appreciated. Guests are given a choice between having fresh linens each day or the more environmentally-friendly and practical practice of having the bed made again with the same sheets and drying one's own towels and reusing them. Housekeeping doesn't begin knocking on doors until around 11 am and they are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included in the room price and has waffles, danish, bagels, cereal, toast and juice. Everything was fresh and yummy. The front desk staff is very professional and nice. I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay. The time before, the wireless internet did not reach my room, but the problem has since been corrected and the signal was great.
