We had a really nice family room with one king and two bunks. Everything was clean and in good condition. There were multiple large windows that let in light and could be opened. The air conditioning could be turned on, even though it wasn’t summer yet. Huge benefit during the unseasonably warm weather in March and not the case in all hotels during our trip. We were there for las falls. Was very loud everywhere in the city, but lots of fun. Room stayed relatively quiet for being so close to the action. At check in the hotel also provided small fireworks/snaps for the kids and las fallas bandannas for all of us.

I liked that the property was clean and neat. The only issue was one day we tried taking showers in the morning and there wasn't any hot water and water pressure was very low.

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t like alarm going off at 4 a.m.

Location, clean and helpful staff. Beautiful old building. Very modern. However, parking was a problem.

The hotel had a bad smell as soon as I took 10 steps in the hotel. They told me they upgraded me to a jacuzzi room, room 307 and they gave us the room 4 hours early! A fine start. As soon as my partner and I opened the door, we realized that the room smelled. We opened the window to air it out, and I drank some of the water from the sink to refresh myself, then went to see the city. When we returned in the night, we turned on the jacuzzi and it made noises and dark yellow water came out. We found the smell came from the drain/cap in the Jacuzzi, when we looked at the underside, it was filled with mold and grime. We ran the water for about 3 minutes and the water didn’t change color. I turned on the sink and it made a noise and yellow water poured out, a few minutes later I took a glass of it down to reception and they told me they knew about it and that their tank was just treated for the monthly treatment and ‘just don’t drink the water, but it’s safe to use and shower in’.... great... now they tell us! We had to beg them for a bottle of water to brush our teeth with. And neither of us showered because of that water... the next day, I got sick from the water and had diarrhea for about 5 hours. I really wish I was joking! They did hold our luggage for us the following day, but the location was not secure, anyone could have gone back and grabbed them. Next time I would do anything in my power to avoid this hotel and stay anywhere else. Very disappointed.
