If you want a quiet room near the freeway with great access to the airport and downtown SB, this is it. Rates were good.

Got charged more than compare to reserved price online! Very dissappointed!

The check it was quick and kind. The room was dated and dingy. It smellled like stale cigarette smoke.

The location was perfect ... amenities were great. Close to where ever you wanted to go in Santa Barbara. It would have been nice to have actual glasses to drink from rather than paper cups. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was close to freeway entrance. Rooms are dated and need renovation. Bathrooms were not very clean and mold was in the showers. I found an almond under one of the beds, seems like that would be checked by the cleaning service.

Totally overpriced hotel for what it was. Outdated, far from the city center/not good location, ok breakfast.

Very good experience from signing in to checking out. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Room was exceptional and hotel is located very centeralized to Santa Barbara and the Beach.

Good Continental breakfast with many choices and very attentive staff to clear, clean, and stock all items for hotel guests.

I asked for a room on first floor for 2 seniors and received room on second floor with no elevator.

Stayed in suite with balcony overlooking lagoon. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Kids were happy. Would definitely stay here again.

I will be back for sure, good condition and service, clean. the location is near to 101, and a famous burger, just walked distance. The pool is heated, I didn't go but looks great. breakfast is great. I like it.

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights and we were overall unsatisfied with our stay. We got in our room and pulled back the sheets and lo and behold there were bed bugs. I immediately called the front desk and they offered a new room which I accepted. Due to this gross encounter I was expecting some type of compensation for our trouble but the management failed to do anything else. Being such a big chain hotel I expect better service and cleanliness. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Decent place - just needs updated. There's no elevator. It's not sealed around older air conditioner heating system fumes from traffic comes into the room & in the winter smoke from fireplaces. Nice nature area & breakfast room.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Santa Barbara and found this hotel. The service was great,I just thought it was too pricey but then again it could have been the last minute booking. Loved the little patio.

Nice hotel off the 101. 5 minute drive to UCSB and 15 minutes from Santa Barbara beach and restaurants. Great staff and very friendly. They lack an on site restaurant, but do offer discount card to some nice places in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but could use an update. Excellent contenitial breakfast. Fresh pastries, Begals and fruit with good coffee.

the pictures on google images made the hotel look a lot better than it looks in real life.

Great location, close to UC Santa Barbara. Loved the garden and pond with ducks And turtles.

We took my grandson up to Santa Barbara for the weekend. The Ramada was in a convenient location and was clean and neat. The interior grounds are very nice and my grandson was excited to see the ducks and geese by the pond.

We were visiting UCSB. This hotel worked out well for our family of 5. There were 2 rooms and they were spacious. Easy parking and nice breakfast. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city and hence not convenient if you want to be in middle of the city. Works great if you have a car

We were taking a tour of the California missions and found this hotel to be in great location and very comfortable. It was safe. Breakfast is included.
