This boutique hotel was amazing. The lobby/breakfast area is made to make the guests feel welcome. It was beautifully decorated with artistic pictures and furnishings. And the staff were warm and friendly.
We felt that the room assigned is dated and not very clean. The bathroom fan and AC unit were super loud. We were also not aware that the hotel backed to a busy street- we weren't able to enjoy the balcony as a result.

This is a great place to stay. Super close to absolutely everything: the beach, harbor, pier, multiple parks, and downtown State Street for shopping & dining. We walked everywhere and never had to move our car. The hotel pool was also heated (about 85, I think?), which was really pleasant. Even though the breakfast items are limited, we appreciated the coffee/tea all day. The street noise can also be a bit loud if you have the balcony doors open, but it's not a dealbreaker. We stayed mid-week, and the price was excellent for the location. Would recommend.

This was a great stay for our family-- my spouse and I came with my in-laws and our baby, and we were very comfortable. The location is great, and the rooms are well-updated. There were some small noise issues-- our rooms overlooked a big road with lots of traffic, and my in-laws had issues with the sound of the plumbing at night (which the staff responded to immediately). The staff were fantastic, and really went out of their way to help us. Would stay here again.
