Suite Agave is a beautiful property for rent in the municipality of Sant’Agnello.
It is located in an elegant building not far from the center of Sorrento and within easy reach of basic services, restaurants and few minutes away from the nearest beach.
The complex houses 4 other properties of different types and with various characteristics, all finely furnished: these are suites, apartments and a wonderful penthouse.

At the entrance of the building to welcome us we find a large hall with fine marble floors and an elevator that leads to the upper floors. The concierge service is guaranteed 8 hours a day.

In the basement of the building there is an equipped laundry room which consists of a latest generation washing machine and dryer that are available to the guests of the building.

The Suite can also be accessed, if desired, from an independent entrance with an external staircase.

The entrance to the Suite consists of a bright living room that has a small sofa bed
(which can accommodate a possible guest) and two armchairs, a table and a retractable hob.
The two terraces that open into this area give the property a wonderful natural light.
There is also a small terrace that accommodates two sun loungers (or deck chairs if desired) and a small table with chairs.
The sleeping area consists of a large four poster bed with Simmons mattress and an elegant private bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet.

Another bathroom is present in the dining area.

Agave Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

All the properties of the building give the guests who stay there everything they need as they are equipped with high-class comforts.
Frette sheets and towels for the bedroom and bathroom, plus smart TV, safe, Nespresso coffee machine, pool towels, wi-fi internet and much more.

Rental rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00,
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 40,00
Check-Out time is by 10:30 am

Minimum stay: 2 nights
A refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
The rates are inclusive of: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning, concierge services.

Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 15,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
