The house was recently renovated with a modern style and luxurious details, it’s possible to arrive at the beach in 5 minutes walking, by a private access.
An infinity pool 11x5mt offers beautiful sea view, a large deck with sunbeds and guardasols, BBQ, chill area and outside dining space with table and chairs up 12 persons to share moments with the family and friends.

The house is developed on three levels:
Ground floor: the living room with sofas, tv and large glass windows to admire outside.
The fully equipped kitchen and one sleeping room, this suite (40m2) has a double bed (180cm), two dressing separated room, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, bidet, and a direct access to the main terrace.

First floor: one bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and bidet, double dressing room, and two private terraces with sea view; a second bedroom (40m2) with double bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and bidet, and the direct access to the terrace.

Lower floor: the others 3 bedrooms with double bed (160-180 cm), en-suite bathroom twoo with bath, and direct access to the big terrace.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
