The ground floor has a spacious living room, equipped with air conditioning, TV and cooker, which opens onto a terrace and leads to the barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing. The fully equipped American kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. A further double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom is also located on this level, as well as a guest WC and a covered built-in barbecue area for al fresco dining.
The Torreta is divided into three levels:
Lower level: two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, share a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
Middle level: A large double bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the upper terrace.
Top floor: A covered terrace with sun loungers and stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying Ibiza's sunny days.
