Spectacular house 5 minutes from Olot with huge garden, panoramic pool and dream views.



The house Aiguanegra is located on the top of the volcano of the same name and dominates the entire plain of Olot. The views from the house, the garden and the pool are spectacular, especially the sunsets with the sunset over the city of Olot which is one of the best in the region.



The house consists of two floors and a huge outdoor garden with panoramic pool, several terraces, porches, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, playground for children, etc..



On the second floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with central fireplace and terrace, 4 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with whirlpool bath.



The first floor of the house gives direct access to the swimming pool and the main part of the garden. We find the living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom. To reach the maximum capacity of the house (14 people) we use a double sofa bed located in a large room, and two single sofa beds distributed in other rooms.



The house of Aiguanegra stands out for its spectacular garden with swimming pool, several terraces, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, picnic area, table tennis and children's play area. In addition, the house is very well communicated since, even being in a rural environment, it is located only 5 minutes away from the city of Olot or from villages as impressive as Castellfollit de la Roca. Other villages or tourist areas such as Besalú, La Fageda or the volcanoes of Santa Margarida and Croscat are at most 15 minutes away by car.
