Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The area is quiet but central, with bus stops and the train station easily reachable on foot. An ideal base to fully experience Sanremo, between sea, culture and beauty, without needing a car.

- From Genoa Airport you can take a shuttle to Genova Principe, take a train to Ventimiglia Station and, once you get off, continue by taxi or on foot.

- If you travel by car, the private parking in a box is 150 meters from the property.
