The manager left while I was waiting for my room to be cleaned so I could check in, she told me she would let me know when it was ready, she didn't she went home and left the front desk unmanned, that poor leadership skills.

The bathroom was dirty with old pee stains on the rim of the toilet, housekeeping left for the day so receptionist had to come and clean the bathroom. Toilet paper was low upon arrival. Rug was dirty. Ok for just a night or two

Clean, Comfortable and at just the right price. Qui and was able to rest without interuption.

The room was clean and everything worked in the room. The room had an iron but no ironing board but when I requested one from the front desk, the gentleman at the desk brought it around within a few minutes.

This hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. The staff are hospitable and went all the way to make our stay comfortable. But, this is Siler City - a small town feeling the hard economic times. A major employer recently closed and the town lost 1000 jobs. I don't think they had more than 6 cars in the parking lot, that's including the staff. The hotel needs upgrading. They have the old standard bedspread and blanket (you know the ones that don't get laundered between guests). The sheets are worn, the TV is not a flat screen, the mattress is wearing and needs replacing. They probably don't do enough business to afford or substantiate upgrading their rooms. When we made our reservation, we checked the "name brand" hotel across the street but the reviews were not good, so we decided on the Country Hearth. If I need to stay in the area for business or for us it was to visit family, then I would stay here again. If I needed a place to stop and rest the night before traveling on, I would probably drive 30-45 minutes longer and stay in a more comfortable hotel.

the ppl working there are very friendly and helpful with any thing you need the rooms are clean

Very helpful staff. very clean rooms, quiet area.

This is a nice motel in the heart of Siler City. The staff is very kind, and the room was clean. Again, the room was cozy, but the bed had an indent at the head forcing me to sleep at an angle to lie flat. I will stay here again, but I hope they will invest a bit into mattresses and tv's.

We needed a cheap place to sleep for one night, and we found this hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast bar does not have much selection.

Well kept motel in small western North Carolina town. Outstanding service with very pleasant and informative staff.

Thank you for your suggestion for our management team, We strive to offer superior service to our guest, although early check in request can be challenging as us being small hotel. Our team is fully capable to provide clean room regardless of management being there, Management is available 24/7 if required. We hope you enjoyed your stay and look forward to serve you again. Once again thank you for your suggestion.
