Upon arrival we witnessed prostitutes soliciting in the parking lot, suspected drug activity, and chairs outside each room on the ground floor which proved to belong to long term renters. After walking into our room we immediately noticed large stains all over the bed linens. When I complained I was assured that the comforters and sheets were clean and that it wasn't necessary to change the bed dressings because "all of them are like that". After voicing my grievances and stating that my family would not be staying at that establishment, the night manager was gracious enough to let us leave without charging us a cancellation fee. Later we learned from the locals that this location is known as "Hoe Alley" and officers and emergency personnel are dispatched to that address throughout the night to address overdoses and administer narcan. It was the dirtiest, place hotel I have ever been in. When we drove up we immediately locked our doors. This is not a place you feel safe in. Needless to say, this is not a business I would recommend to anyone.

Looks nothing like photos. Very dirty and smelled like urine. Don't think my room was even cleaned.

The TV didn't work properly, the door didn't lock properly and we got stained sheets AND a stained comforter. They did change it and offer us another room but the impression didn't change.

The room was a disaster! There was blood on the comforter. Bodily stains on the sheets. Both seem like they weren't washed. Black mold in the bathroom. I immediately left!

Friendliest staff ever. If you want the Hilton, go there. If you want a cheap room close to Cedar Point, it's perfect.

Very clean comfortable room in a convenient location. Older hotel but clean and quiet with a nice little pool. Good value for a night or two

The over all stay was not bad but there were bugs inside the room and I don't feel that for $90 it was worth it. I believe $50-$60 would've been more ideal. Staff was nice and bed was comfortable.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was nice. Location was just right for the parks.

The room is nice enough.. clean, cozy... and very close to cedar point... continental breakfast is an added perk.. Enjoy stay.. I'd sleep in a box to go to cedar point again... AWESOME!

Just there overnight but staff was nice and helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

The location is close to Cedar Point and the front desk attendant was friendly. However the room was very old and out-dated. The carpet was sticky so I did not take my shoes off in the room. The walls were very thin so you could hear when people were moving around, opening doors all night, and moving in at late hours. The location is also near a train so you could hear it through the night.

Carpet made bare feet black, garbage from previous guest stuffed under bathroom sink, blood stains on sheets, black hairs on bathroom walls, film under sink edge...I cannot believe any online booking site would use this place when people are looking for rooms.

The manager was very friendly and helpful, especially after I noticed we didn't necessarily have a non-smoking room as we thought we did. We were glad to have a place near Cedar Point to sleep after a long day there. The bathroom's toilet probably couldn't be any closer to the sink.

In my opinion, hot tub room should have been cleaner. Had to ask for new blanket because the one in the room was covered w spots. TV was not clear, we still had fun, but the hotel could use some updating and cleaning.

The room was clean but the bathroom was barely big enough for a small man to get into. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of not fresh donuts and dirt tasting coffee. Had to go to local restaurant to get something edible to eat. You definitely get what you pay for. Never again.

I have stayed in many motels, hotels, and inns all across the United States of America and this was the worst one. In my opinion, regardless of whether you're staying at a hotel or a five-star resort, the bed is the most important thing in the room. My wife and I arrived in the room and we're immediately bombarded by the overwhelming smell of Febreeze. Within minutes, we discovereded that the odor masker was being used on the bed. The pillows were mildewed and the comforter was stained everywhere! (And by stains y'all know what I'm talking about! I.e. bodily fluids!). The powerful odor in the room made it hard to breathe and my wife started to develop an allergic reaction. Thankfully I thought to clean the air conditioner and it's filters and ran the unit throughout the duration of our stay, making it more comfortable to breathe. Our first night, the staff was unavailable so my wife and I stripped-down the bed and slept on it with no pillows and blankets. The next day, the hotel staff gave us new pillows and blankets yet they were still dirty and soiled! There was also black mold in the electrical socket that provides power to the air conditioner and all over the rim of the bathtub. I have stayed at lots of motels (Motel 6, Super 8, etc.) And even though those rooms were cheap and nothing to rave about, the beds, blankets, and pillows were always clean! Because of this experience, I'm no longer booking hotels with my travel packages! If I hadnt already prepaid for the room, my wife and I would've immediately left and stayed elsewhere! This hotel is poorly managed and maintained! Do yourself a favor and do not even consider this slum in your travel plans!

An OK place. Clean room. Not very much for breakfast. Outdoor pool was OK.

The room temp was nice but over all place seems very old, stains on bed sheets and shower curtain was disgusting covered in black mold.

Rooms were not very clean, very old bld, smells of smoke not a place to bring a family, only would stay there as a last resort late at night if nothing else was available, I say pass this one by!

This hotel was close to Cedar Point and the Jet Express. The room and bathroom were VERY small. The beds were comfortable-the room was clean-didn't smell too good but we used Lysol and air freshener and left the door open for a while and it was OK. Fridge and microwave too. The in room AC was loud but we were too tired to care that much. "Breakfast" was coffee, juice, dry cereal but was saved by very fresh donuts from the shop next door. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall, good for the cheap rates. Would stay here again.
