The stay was just bad. I walk in to check in. The smell alone was a mix of musty attic and body oder. The receptionist was texting on her phone. And continued to glance at her phone as she was checking me in. Once checked in, the room was old. Everything was old and dated. We were content with the stay. It was quiet. But here is the thing. I personally and specifically asked the maid to change our sheets. I made a very small mark on the sheet. Tell me why the maid literally flipped the sheets inside out and backwards... really? Really. Why is it so hard to change the sheets? And why are you not going to change them if you are going to all that work and not change them. Yea. I'll never be back.

Moldy pillows, linens hadn't been cleaned from prior guests (proven by makeup and hair on pillows and sheets), mouse droppings, spider webs in almost every corner. Staff was horribly rude. We had 16 rooms for our out of town associates, and moved all the rooms to another nearby hotel due to all the issues. Will not return.

Great stay. The drink we bought at the bar was so good.

Only 1 towel for 2 people. Pretty clean but very outdated.

The hotel was not that bad. All we needed was a place to sleep. We weren't there much. But the room could have been cleaned better ( inside drawers, dusted, and vacummed better). The pool was nice as it was very hot when we were there. The breakfast was very disappointing, only muffins that were gross.

Breakfast was packaged muffins and not a very clean updated place. Won't stay here again.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Mold was all over including the lobby. Thhe staff were very rude. Old carpet was in the hallway and we tripped over it. Tiles were missing and my son fall and ripped his nail off. I reported it to the staff. I did not get a response

Staff was very accommodating and room was comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

We checked in on Saturday morning at 2:00 am. The hotel staff was helpful and plesent. However upon entry into our room, we noticed trash on the floor and black mold under the sink. We brought the issues to the front desk staff, who was very apologetic. We were given another room. We went ahead with our plans and returned to our new room. It was not dirty so we went to bed. When we wake up ,we find our bathroom infested with ants. Along with our trash can stuck to the floor. Disgusting! We once again brought this to the attention of the front desk. Who again was apologetic. She refunded our money. We will never stay there again! They also advertised a continental breakfast, they did not.

The hotel was a nice place to stay after a long day at Cedar Point for the price that we paid. Said breakfast was included, but only had small (not very good) pastries. One of our towels was dirty.

the first room they give me the bathroom light didn't work, then the second room the air didn't work. They sent someone to fix it and it worked for the first night then they had to come back the next day to fix it again! Great price as the saying go's you get what you pay for!

This hotel was very out of date with the room. The front lobby was up to date and looked extremely nice. But the hallways and rooms looked like the 1950's. It looked like something you would see in a slasher film.

Hotel was cheap and really close to cedar point. If your looking for a hotel that is cheap and convenient and just looking for a place to sleep this place is great. Other than that don't get it.

I arrived a little after midnight and the only person working in the entire hotel was a kid who looked about 15 years old. He seemed to know what he was doing, but it would have been comforting to know someone with some experience/authority was around as well. The biggest atrocity was the number of cockroaches. I saw atleast 6 during my one night stay in my room. The room set up was awkward with the sink outside of the bathroom and right beside the bed. Everything seemed clean, but the roaches were just too much. A low price if you need a last minute place to stay, but don't expect to be impressed.

Booked two rooms. Smelled really bad. No security lock at night on the side door. There is a restaurant in the hotel, it was closed. Didn't know that until we got there. They offered a "continental" breakfast. Coffee was cold and tasted awful! The only food was a small cinnamon roll. Do not recommend!!

Good hotel stay, clean, good location....no continental breakfast.

This was a pretty nice place to stay it was five of us and we all were pleased beside them needing a new ice machine and maybe a microwave or two wouldnt hurt overall it worked for us...we stayed overnight because we visited cedar point

I didn't actually get to stay at this hotel. When we got there after a long dat at cedar point, soaking wet from rain and cold we were informed by the front desk that even though we reserved and pre paid for a king size bed all they had available were rooms with 2 double beds. My fiancé and I were not pleased and insisted on the accommodations we paid for. The staff stated someone forgot to update their room status online and they were over booked. We still insisted and he then took time to call around to other hotels for a room. We were not happy about the situation, but he did his best to make up for it. We ended up just down the street at an even nicer place and they transfered the payment to them. I probably won't book with this hotel in the future due to lack of detail and that they never tried to contact me ahead of time to inform me on the issue, but they were kind enough to find us somewhere to stay and give us what we paid for.

Room was basically what we needed. Came in the night before a full day of Cedar Point adventuring. Front Desk person was very friendly and offered her assistance if needed (fortunately it wasn't needed). I read many reviews of the Hotel and was a bit leery before deciding to book. Most of the "negative" reviews were during the "busy season" and by "travelers" in close proximity to Sandusky. (so not too sure on their "objectivity" or accuracy) Most vacation areas usually have more trouble during peak seasons meeting expectations due to the volume of travelers, so I figured that this late in the season may be better, and was correct. The only drawbacks we found were the "continental breakfast"----which consisted of chocolate chip muffins and coffee only. Not even remotely resembling any "breakfast" I've heard of. and the only other thing was there was no conditioner offered by the hotel. Overall would recommend this hotel, but would advise that I can not say that during peak season it would be as good as it was for us.

Stayed during a visit to Cedar Point. Clean, basic accommodations. Definitely nothing special, but it was good for a cheap, comfortable stay!
