We went for our anniversary and wanted to stay local. We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite. The only concern is the noise that can be heard from other rooms and hallways. Other than that everything was great.
Parking area is so small, breakfast is not good at all !!!
After a long night at a pretty bad hotel this place was a God send. Its located about 15 min south of SD, great beds, staff easy checkin and parking.
We booked 2 rooms and both had bathrooms issues. The first one was a simple fix and they fixed. The second one wasn't fixed we couldn't flushed the toilet. They said it would get fixed so we went to pool to give them time. We got back to the room and was not fixed. Went to speak with Manger but she wasn't in so the Receptionist want us to go use the bathroom at night to other room. I said my kids are not going out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in other room. Finally she gave us a other room. But at 145 am someone was banging and trying to go inside our room. They one open the door it was a guy from the hotel he said he thought no one supposed to be in there. My girls at this point were crying and afraid. So at 7 am went to speak to the manager all she said she was sorry. I would definitely not recommend this hotel
I was informed a week before our trip that our reservation was cancelled. This did not give us enough time to reserve another hotel at a short notice.
The Jacuzzi did not work i paid extra for a jacuzzi room. i confronted the lady at the front desk and she did nothing to help me plus i still haven’t seen my $100 refundable deposit. she said she would give me half off and i still haven received the refund. the pictures are nothing like the actual room this hotel is a scam very dirty. nice christmas gifts.
Floors are made of tile and extremely dirty. Needs to be mopped.
The rooms have a south of the border feel. However, we had a dirty needle in our room and a ceiling leak in our bath room. Smelled moldy. We were moved to a new room, however no apology or anything provided.
Excellent room. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Won’t stay anywhere else.
When booking the room, we read that it was a 'suite' with separate area for our son and his support dog. When we got there, the only "separation" was a three foot long, four foot high partial wall between his sofa bed and our bed. He said the sofa bed was uncomfortable; I will say that our bed was comfortable. The noise from the highway nearby was very loud. Riding in the elevator was nerve-wracking, since it creaked alarmingly, shuddered a lot when going up and down, and the door almost mashed me when I was trying to get on; the door didn't want to stop shutting even when I blocked the opening.
Customer service was moderate, rooms were moderate BUT we found a molded Burger King sandwhich in our microwave. (There’s a BK down the stree of the hotel.) NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Tried to tell the front desk but no manager was available on 5/18 evening. Of course...
From check-in through departure after breakfast we were totally impressed in a very good way. Easy access in/out.
I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Hotel has always been very clean. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is excellent.
We stayed here 1 night the room was standard nothing fancy but bathrooms were unkempt and freeway traffic is loud other than that okay stay
