The second floor - the main bedroom 25 m2 has a double bed of 2 m, with balcony, private bathroom and dressing room; the second bedroom 15 m2 has a double bed of 1.80 m also with balcony; the third small bedroom 10 m2 has a sofa bed; shared bathroom for two bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a garage 34 m2. You can directly get into the house from the garage.
Two pools (large and for children) are available for swimming in the complex of 13 units.

We will recommend the best restaurants where you can go and try delicious food and which places are worth visiting on the island :) A huge shopping area with many supermarkets is 5 minutes away by car, the airport is also nearby. Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 km away where the real island life is in full swing. Nearby there are many comfortable equipped beaches with sand, including the beaches in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It's not far away from El Médano, Tejita and Montaña Roja with the fantastic sandy beach. Barceló 5 star hotel and San Blas village are within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
