Ajeni is in a big fenced property, surrounded by olive trees and
Mediterranean fruit trees. It`s simple but refined, characteirzed by the
use of the stone which harmoniously puts in in its context.
In the garden, in addition to the big swimming pool with hydromassage area, there are an ancient trullo, a large solarium area with beach beds, sofas and benches, a barbecue area and a beautiful wooden porch with dining area.
The upper floor of the two-floor villa consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 guests, a well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, with 1 twin bedroom and ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with French-size bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
The lower floor consists of a living room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with French-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa accommodates up to 9 guests in the bedrooms and 2 guests on the sofa bed.

San Michele Salentino, a small town with amenities that is only 1 kilometer away. The villa is also close to other worth-discovering towns such as Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and San Vito dei Normanni. The beaches of the Adriatic sea are close. Torre Guaceto, with its protected marine area and other services for hiking lovers, is 18 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off- season pool's opening has an extra of euro 150.
- Just small size pets are allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 112 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
