There's areas that needs improvements, like re-paint on walls, carpet etc. Vicinity can be more clean. Specially the trash cans area and stairs.

This was not our first time staying here and the rooms are clean with good hot water for bathing and good AC and TV. The only things this time that were not so good was no breakfast which was very good in the past and the fact that people were parting at the pool until 11:00 and continued to play loud music and party in the room or rooms around us until 1;00 in the morning and we had an early appointment the next day and had to be up by 6:00. So, the next day was a long one due to very little sleep. We will stay here again but next time ask for a roon away from the pool area.

The property was convenient to the area I was visiting

It wad a clean room, very spacious with a King bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up. It is pet friendly. I will definitely come back when I travel to Austin. Only 30 minutes away from the city.

We got 2 rooms. Our friends room was down a hallway with stained/dirty carpet and there was 2 dogs in the room next door that were barking at all hours. Our room was small and worn but the beds were comfortable. The A/c was loud. There was a gap around our door. The pool was broken. Other than “one” bar of soap..... there were no other toiletries in my room ( ie shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion, or body wash)! The tv remote didn’t work either........... although the staff was pleasant and friendly....... it was overall an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay!!!

The property didn't offer what was booked. When booking through orbitz, it showed a pull out couch in the room. I thought they just put us in the wrong room but they said they do not have any rooms like this & blamed orbitz for falsely advertising. They claim they've asked for this to be removed and that they've had other such problems. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. No elevators and forced to take a room on second floor. Disappointed with orbitz and won't book through you next time.

Beds looked like they were stained. Did not have an icebox and microwave in one of they rooms we booked.

This property is very sketchy. Rooms appeared to be clean but bathrooms had hair in tub and sink.

Customer service was nice. The front desk was nice.

The room need more clean, but only the room other areas look fine

The bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned. The beds were not very comfortable. We booked online but had a room assigned to us upstairs. We are late 60's and cement stairs dragging luggage up is not something we care to do. When we arrived, there were not many cars in the parking lot so I can't say the bottom rooms were not already taken but when I asked for another room on the first floor, I was told that this room assigned was going to be our room. Not accommodating.

It wad a clean room, very spacious with a King bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up. It is pet friendly. I will definitely come back when I travel to Austin. Only 30 minutes away from the city.

Did you inform the front desk about the barking dog? We always get a contact number from guests traveling with pets and we would have contacted them immediately about their dog causing a disturbance. I am so sorry about the pool being closed. We had some unforeseen maintenance issues come up and we had to make sure the pool was safe for guest use before reopening it. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am also sorry to hear that you had no toiletries in your room, if you had contacted the front desk, they would have been more than willing to bring some to you! Regardless, your comments will be passed on to my staff so these kind of issues don't happen again.
