The rooms were very spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Restaurants were close by. The hotel was very secure and a hot breakfast was served. Lots of parking. The staff were very polite and helpf.
Very confortable the room very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot, itto small and after 7:00 pm was no more parking lot. Loved the shower, we definitely coming back next year to this hotel
Located at one of the principal streets of the city, it is of easy access. Not to many things close to the hotel to go by foot but the center of the city is like 6 km away from it by car. It is a good option for a short stay.
very good excellent service, food and shutle bus Driver DON JUANITO. Highly recommended in my next business Trip to SLP. with very good location and services, good breakfast and room cleaning services
Good - location. It is close to everything and two restaurants right in front of hotel so that is helpful Bad -- we were staying in a first floor room and the window did not lock, not good and we worried of our computers in the room if we were not there. We checked two other rooms and they had the same problem Bad -- very bad smell from the sewer drain. We spoke with two different cleaning ladies and they yes said it was a problem and maintenance could only dump some nice smelling chemical down the drain to help but did not have a real solution. Please note, it is a lack of air flow and yes the hotel could place suction pumps on the air vent tubes near the roof to draw out the smell and create the correct air flow OK - room size, bed, pillows were all fine, .... Lacking -- Very limited lighting in the room. Need to add a floor lamp and a desk lamp. It was hard to work in the room without lighting. and VERY lacking was the internet, it was the slowest of any hotel in SLP. I have stayed at a minimum of 12 different hotels over the years in SLP area and this was the worst for internet speed and connection. Very difficult to stay at this hotel without internet. We now live in a world of working class travelers that sometimes need internet speed more than a bed and clearly more than we need a TV Please fix the internet problem in the hotel, the other items are manageable
Stayed there 2 weeks while i was on a business trip. The location of the hotel is near the main road and if you get a room facing the road be prepared for some noise. The staff is nice but very few know English. The breakfast is decent there is room for everybody to eat in the morning.
It's a good place to stay, but it needs to improve its breakfast service (to have food variety) and to be strict with guests' restrictions: "No Smoking". Welcome staff and cleaning service are quite nice and friendly, once I forgot my pijama and they gave me it next time I visited them.
Not everything was bad - after all, the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet included in the price of the room was good and the happy hour had free beer and snacks. That's where the good ends. Unsafe - Security at this hotel is poor and potentially puts travelers at risk. For example, no one monitors who comes and goes so the hotel is accessible to anyone. The elevator does not require card access like many in Mexico and even if it did, the hotel has stairs provide free access to all floors. Finally, during our stay we found the emergency exit to be blocked by the paint buckets being used for renovations. Had there been an emergency, the exit stairs were totally obstructed. Finally, the windows in my room (# 235) were broken and would not lock. Unreliable - One reason we chose this hotel was the free airport shuttle. After making a reservation for a 5:30 am transfer to the airport, the driver never showed, leaving us stranded. Luckily we were able to flag down a taxi and made our flight. Bottom line: Choose a different property.
