We were VERY UPSET with the FREE "BREAKFAST ON THE GO" as the hrs. were 7am-10am & we got there at 9am & there was NO DECAF COFFEE LEFT & ONLY ONE BANANA, ONE CHOC. SM. MUFFIN (WHICH WAS GOOD) & 2 PKS. OF PLAIN SM. MUFFINS (WHICH WERE GOOD) & NOBODY THERE TO REPLENISH & ONE LADY EMPLOYEE CAME IN BUT DIDN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WHEN ASKING ABOUT THE COFFEE.

Facilities were about what we expected for the price we paid. Only downside is that it was a bit noisy in the early morning with delivery trucks going in & out of the Von's next door. Otherwise, completely happy.
Breakfast was very disappointing, we went to the lobby at 9 AM and only found 2 bars of cereal and 1 banana. That's it, nothing else. Terrible for the expensive price of the night of $240. Then at night after our friend's wedding, we couldn't find a parking spot, so we parked next to the pool hoping we wouldn't be towed away. The next morning, the housekeepers moved those giant cars for carrying towels at 8 AM and didn't care if the noise of those carts disturbed the guests (sounded like a railroad outside). The second day, they didn't make the beds, which was a surprise for the pricey hotel night. The hotels are not investing in refurbishing or refreshing the rooms. Two days was enough. We never come back. worse than a third-world hotel.

Great location near the Hancock College. Good breakfast for the price. Very easy to get around town from this location.

We liked the location IMMENSELY & the room was very comfortable & nice. The continental breakfast was fine. The temperature in our rm. was PERFECT WITHOUT ANYTHING TURNED ON AT ALL. HOWEVER, WE WISH THERE HAD BEEN TISSUES IN THE ROOM. Will definitely ALWAYS PLAN TO STAY HERE.
Property was okay, too much noise coming from outside and rooms next door
room was very cramped... you could barely walk around. The shower looked like it came from home depot. For $200 charge it was definitely out of its league.

Sorry for the experience but we have some restrictions after COVID and have limited to only grab and go. If yo had to bring it to our notice we could refurbish the breakfast. Also weekend prices are always high due to the beach area close by. The Housekeepers arrive at 10 am so not sure who was thee at 8am?
