The room was spacious and clean. The infinity pool was warm and welcoming. The food was great, a little bit pricey but Convenient if you don’t want to leave the property. I would definitely stay there again.

We checked in (or attempted to) at 310pm. Room was not ready. Went to eat lunch and came back at 4pm (listed check in time) and the room still was not ready. They gave us a free drink at the bar (the drink was of their choice) and the room was available at 438pm. My issue was that I booked at least 21 days in advance so they knew we were coming. Why wouldn't the room be ready? Secondly, the staff was quite uncourteous. Several staff members walked pass us on our stay and would not speak. I have been to numerous islands, hotels and countries that understand customer service is the trademark for repeat visitors. Maybe the staff has not been trained or does not understand that visitors are the reasons they have jobs. I have no problem tipping for excellent service.

This is small hotel so there is only 1 restaurant with a small menu, the pool is quite small, no hot tub and no fitness center. There was not much going on Mon - Wed. It appeared as if on Thursday more guests started to arrive and the atmosphere seemed a little more fun. Food & Drinks: Breakfast was quite tasty but the service was very slow. The regular lunch/dinner menu was very limited and the food was just okay. The drinks were expensive, small and not very strong. Rooms: The room was clean and had a very nice view of the pool and ocean. The shower was an open shower so every time we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet which was very annoying. Housekeeping only gave us 2 towels each day so we had to call and ask for more. They also did not refill our toiletries like one might expect at a hotel, nor did they clean the in-room coffee pot. Service: Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful but the restaurant service is a little slow. There is an 18% Resort Fee/Day in addition to the price of the room. Overall it is not a bad deal but if you are looking for a hotel with more amenities and more action then consider staying at the La Concha or the Condado Vanderbilt.

The rooms were great and the beds very comfortable.

The only2 thingsI dint it had a small beach and couldn't go swimming and its extremely windy

I recommend it great experience great location friendly staff

Very good hotel and excellent view. However be aware of additional $42 resort fee charge at the hotel that is not advertised after orbitz charge that states fees and taxes are included. This needs to be pre notified since hotel charge was $242/night and this resort fee is almost 20% of that which had included taxes and fees already. Similarly another orbitz paid night was charged $179/night but $34 additional welcoming charge for “resort fees”. Who says the resort fee won’t be $100 next time? Since you are stuck with already paid hotel night and have no option once you just arrived to the island. Very inappropriate and needs to be corrected immediately, otherwise gives an impression of a scam. It just needs to be included with hotel price at the booking or alternatively pre warned of exact additional fee prior to booking. Not after booking. This doesn’t make me trust orbitz either. I book extremely frequently with orbitz so this was an outlier for sure catching me off guard. Hotel is great but resort fee policy is deceiving. Good luck wasting lots of time after your trip to dispute $40/ night for each night stay.

Really nice hotel for a perfect vocation! We really enjoyed the private party like vibe. Perfect for young couples and friends!

The hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated and close to the strip. The staff was amazing and allowed us to check in early.

Beautifully designed new hotel has the benefit of facing both the lagoon and ocean views depending on the side you stay on but both are marvelous! Great infinity pool right in front of the beach and the pina coladas were pricey but delicious. You will be greeted by a warm and friendly staff and the toiletries from Malin + Goetz is a really nice touch for a boutique hotel!

It was nice. The area isn't that great. A lot of abandoned stores and hotels under construction

Lovely hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but they held our bags, called us when the room was available, and then took our bags up once we were finally able to check in. We even had an issue with the tv which they came up to fix right away. The rooms were clean and modern looking with a beachy vibe. The best part is the infinity pool with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. There is a fully stocked bar in the pool area and they serve food too. Great location as well and everything on the strip was in walking distance. Would come and stay here again.

Dear Alexis, Thank you very much for your feedback. Weekends are our highest occupancy nights and we have our traditional Happening's at the pool deck. Our 24 hours fitness center is located on our second floor. Resort Fees or Hotel Tariff are basically an industry standard here in Puerto Rico; I mention this so you are not taken by surprise. These charges are actually fully disclosed in the reservation procedures. Your experiences and our service will be shared with the team internally. I do hope you will come back to visit us in the future.
