Recently Renovated condo in the heart of Santurce. Walking distance from the beach, Condado, la placita and many other spots in San Juan. Equipped with a sofa-bed for two additional guests, in unit washer and dryer and gated assigned parking spot on premise.
Well lit unit with Kitchen table that can also be used as a desk and WFH setting. The unit has a full kitchen, including plates,cups, silverware and utensils. Includes spacious shower with shampoo, body wash and basic bathroom needs.
The space
Whether it's relaxing in the sun, taking in the sites of the bustling city, or relaxing with friends- this apartment is the perfect destination to escape to for a weekend getaway or week-long stay.
Guest will be provided with one set of keys and one garage space. If key's are lost or missing there will be a charge of $100.00 per set of keys and the same applies for the Parking Gate Beeper. Please make sure you don't lose keys and return the Gate Beeper upon departure.
