We are situated just a 20-minute drive from the airport, a quick 10-minute trip to the beautiful Condado Beach, and only 15 minutes from the charming streets of Old San Juan.

Inside, our apartment features a comfortable king-size bed.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of La Placita, known for its lively bars, delicious restaurants, and exciting nightlife.

When you arrive you will see a three story level black property.

You can park anywhere on the left side of the street any spot that is not labeled yellow or blue.

Street parking is limited, particularly in the vicinity of La Placita. Please be aware of and adhere to all parking restrictions to avoid any fines.
