Wild Palms Hotel, a Joie de Vivre Boutique Hotel

Love the furniture, decor and the light, bright airy feeling of the hotel! The staff were fine, very responsive. The bed was sunken in the middle. The pillows were way too tall for me to use comfortably, and they had no flatter ones. A child was allowed to shreik and run up and down hallway outside my room for a long time, into the 11 pm hour before someone finally said shhhhh.... Fixable issues. Lovely hotel.

Great location, very nice hotel for good $, relaxing, very nice breakfast. I will look for it again, if I need to stay in this area.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable beds. Location works well for Cupertino with lots Of food choices and shopping.

Travelling to, and working in, the SF bay area can be intense and make you feel part of an endless rat race. My stay at this hotel really helped to mitigate that! It is a pleasantly unique and nice respite from the big chains. The rooms were recently remodeled, clean and very comfortable, with excellent lighting and heating/cooling that you can adjust to your comfort level. Or you can open a window for fresh air! While the room wasn't huge, it's arrangement and design was perfectly thought out. I was particularly appreciative of the work space tucked out of the way of the main traffic flow, so my work could remain undisturbed when I was doing other things. The desk had easy access electrical outlets stylishly on top and a proper desk chair! I took advantage of the outdoor heated pool and relaxed in the hot tub. The large pool courtyard area was quite tranquil & airy, with nice landscaping, and seemed a generally great place to relax or meet up with friend, family or colleague. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning that gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The only part of the hotel that felt off was that the morning manager was surprisingly gruff with me when I was checking out and there was a tense feeling about the staff. However, I would definitely come back!

The room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good.

First, no problems with the staff or the room itself. However the room layout was awkward. The placement of the nightstand in our room kept the door from fully opening which made getting in/out of the room - especially with luggage- very awkward. Other room may not have this problem. Otherwise a fabulous stay

Very clean hotel , comfy beds , very good showers , when we checked in staff was super nice and welcoming , the breakfast was super awesome, everyday they cook a different dish , definitely would recommend For me it was a five star Thank you west palms for a great stay

Very comfortable stay. Comfy beds too!! No foul smells in the rooms.

Great hotel. Not luxury but cozy and cute. Staff was warm and room was clean

Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at any hotel. The room itself was very nice and the pool area was very cute, I wish we had been able to spend more time there as we only stayed the night. The very small downside was that we had requested a king sized bed and were only able to get a double bed room. It was fine for the night and understandable since we didn't arrive until about midnight and it was a graduation weekend. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel

for the price we paid, the room was really nice and clean. They even provide robes.. The only problem is the thin walls!!! I will recommend this hotel with CAUTION! GET A ROOM ON SECOND FLOOR MAYBE??

My family and I were very happy with our stay here, only wish we could've stayed longer. Loved our room and the beds were comfortable. On our way to check out the next morning, we could smell the breakfast. We didn't have time to try it but for sure will next time. Staff were nice and friendly! Enjoyed our time there.

OK, so the breakfast looked like every other hotels breakfast, but it all tasted so much better. I was very pleased with the room and the amenities. I met several new friends in the hot tub. The parking at this hotel is super convenient.

My friends and I stayed here for a night. It was clean and comfortable. Our stay went smoothly, no hiccups.

Fantastic room, recently renovated and very clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations with hot items (eggs, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal) as well as cold options (pastries, cereal, fruit). Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would stay again!

Hotel and staff are great.only down fall is i wanted what i thought i i was geting by pics posted on here...but instead i got dwn graded room but they call ut updated room...so it was a bummer that it wasnt what it showed to be.but other then that staff is amazingly nice.i lockd my self out my room a few times and they gave me a key jo prob.and delivered a bottle of wine for the difference of room nd pics.

The hotel staff clean the room very well. Very attentive. The breakfast is super good. It tastes like food from restaurant. Front desk is very helpful as well.

This is a great value for the price. It would be nice to have some type of on-site dining options for dinner and or a small bar for drinks. Most of the restaurants that were supposed to deliver to the hotel via the orderinn brochure didn't want to come to the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Not too far from Great America (15-20 minutes). It's also only 45-50 minutes to San Francisco or Santa Cruz. The staff was friendly. They have a decent breakfast each morning. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the area looked nice. The gym was being renovated, but the hotel provides a pass to a gym about 5 minutes down the street. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Although the hotel looks a bit like an apartment complex that has been converted to a hotel and the room decor is a bit tacky (they call it colorful bungalow style), this is a very comfortable hotel and a great value for the area. Staff is friendly, and the free breakfast was quite good. Basic included wi-fi is a little slow. They charge extra for download speeds over 5 mbps.

Thank you for your comments regarding the hotel. We do our best to make our guest comfortable. I apologize that your rest was disrupted by a noisy child. On weekends we do have more children in the hotel than during the weekdays. We do hope to have you as a guest again in the near future.
