The room was good except bath. There is no bath tub in the bathroom. I love soaking myself in the bath tub.

Rooms were nice all the way until you got to the bathroom. We had one of the jacuzzi rooms and the bathroom was barely patched together at all as far as renovated. Lots of old and grimey bits left. Pubic hairs in the tub were a bit gross as well.

Friendly staff with clean and spacious room plus free parking. Passing cars can be noisy but otherwise tolerable.

Based on the reviews I was pleasantly surprised to find a renovated hotel. Nice furnishing, easy to find, great breakfast. Try to get a room away from the street it can be a little noisy, but not so much to keep you awake.

Stay away from rooms facing the main drag, super noisy. Hotel is under construction so lots of dust and noise. Looks like their remodeling will result in a very nice boutique hotel, but I would wait until it's done. They need to upgrade their bathrooms (we upgraded to the room with hot tub which was a very big oversized, but very old jet tup from the 80's it seemed, kinda gross). They also need to upgrade their windows on the rooms facing the main street, you can hear all the car noise day and night. Ceiling fan has only one setting "High" and uncomfortable. We called the front desk about it and the woman had no clue how to turn it down... she thinks it's only one setting (??).

Went for a job interview. Hotel was under construction during my stay, and was still nice. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice I enjoyed my stay here I enjoyed my stat here e.notable

Well worth the price, staff was very kind. Will stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

They were undergoing renovations that's why the place was not as clean over all and their signage was in a different name now, its The Row hotel.

Bed was dirty and old. There was construction going on. I They have breakfast (which is decent for money)

I was in town for business and chose this hotel for the location being close to the place I was training at. I read some reviews and one stated that you can hear the cars pretty loudly if your room faced the street and my room did. It was pretty noisy even through the night. It's not a 5 star hotel, but the room was clean. It's slightly dated, but they are renovating it. The bonus was the free breakfast. There is someone there cooking out of a full kitchen. I was able to get a fresh omelette each morning with homemade salsa! The staff is very friendly. And there's free parking and free WIFI. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Hotel were pleasant and helpful. Free Breakfast was more than muffins and coffee. they had a grill too. But hotel advertised room service, which turned out to be a menu from a local restaurant calked Last Chance. Ordered an $18 pizza and a drink and ended up paying $32 with a bunch of tack on costs.used to paying extra for room service But this was over the too. Took advantage of a hotel guest. Last CHANCE last time.

I stayed here 2 nights mid March. This hotel was pretty old. And color tone of TV was bad to watch. Additionally, the room was located road side. The road was a little bit busy even in night, I then felt so noisy. However Wifi internet speed is enough to watch videos.

Nice Hotel. Comfortable rooms...mall down the street. Nice breakfast.

everything was good except for check in, credit card issue.

The remote didn't work the toilet was clogged and the staff wasnt the best

Very 60's décor including the ceiling fan indentation and oak wood accents. Helpful staff with complimentary breakfast and dinner : although the breakfast was served hot and personalized (omelet), the dinner was a taco. Still a great value if you don't mind dated décor and noise from a very busy street outside your window.

My wife and I chose this hotel based on location, it is less than 2 blocks from her nephew, who got married while we were there. It is on a busy street and traffic is a bit loud until after 7:30 p.m. (we had gotten a street side room) but in closing the windows and drapes it was quiet enough to sleep good. The pros are it's a small, quaint place with parking under the building so walking is reduced going from lobby to car and an older place but with nice modern amenities. Our room had a microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove top, small kitchen area and Jacuzzi tub. The free breakfast was made to order (eggs or veggie omelet) or there was waffles, cold and hot cereal and fresh fruits. Cons include a very slow elevator, coffee that tasted as if it was brewed with sea water (there are places about 3 minutes east or 5 minuets west on Stevens Creek Blvd for better coffee) and it's just off I-880 with a very large mall just down the street. Overall it was a pleasant place to spend our nights.

Taking a road trip from Portland to SanJose I booked a two queen bedroom. I really liked that they had a waffle maker and a fresh, hot, made to order breakfast as well. The dinner they offer is 'okay' but better than nothing. The FREE parking is great too! Great place and I recommend it to any one!

When we first arrived in our room, our room was not done being cleaned. Bed was half-made and when a maid came in to finish, she never put a comforter on our bed.
