Don't like sink in main room. Noisy for partner.

Convenient to airport. Excellent shuttle service. Good.

The staff were all very polite and genuinely caring. Not gushy. Every service was willingly given with kindness. Vi was the young lady who picked us up in the clean, well maintained shuttle. Vanessa on the desk went that extra mile. The manageress even drove us to a nearby restaurant mall called the River Walk.

My friends and I stayed one evening for a concert at SAP and we were impressed by the room, quick check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean, looked recently updated and new and the beds were comfortable. There was a small broken pin/tack that caught my toe in the carpet, but that was just my luck. The only items I could ding them on would be: 1) The smoke detector in our room, #234, was missing. 2) On Sunday morning, the fire alarm went off at about 6:30 am. It was for only 30 seconds, so we were unsure if it was an accident. It was enough to jolt us out of bed. 3) The main entrance was under construction with new pavers being installed, so it was confusing how to enter the parking lot. More signage would have been helpful (you can enter the lot behind the 76. The lot gets pretty full after 8. Nothing really around if you want to get something to eat or snacks other than the 76 and Burger King. If you need a close hotel to the airport, this is a great choice. It took about 10 min to get to downtown ($10 Lyft ride), it wasn't terribly close but it was a good price.

It was a good place to stay one night, sheets were tattered, and breakfast gave both me and my partner food poisoning.

Room was small. Dogs constantly barking. The breakfast they offer was terrible. Watered down drinks, cold eggs, uncooked potatoes.

Room and public hallways look pretty messy; not sure if the bed sheet and pilllow cases have been replaced as I saw hairs and dirty spots and had to sleep with all cloth on...

The room was very nice, clean, updated. I was there for a football game, levis stadium was super close 10min drive. Very convenient. Close to airport also. Staff was very nice shuttle girl that picked us up was very friendly. 35min drive to san fran. Ill definetly stay here again.

Would have been better if it was not not right in the airport flight path.

I would have rated this place an overall "5" if it wasn't for the awful service at the free morning breakfast. The workers seemed very unhappy to be there, they almost looked annoyed that there was actually people there asking them for items. Isn't that your job?? Just bad service with a bad attitude. And I thought very rude......I would much rather pay for breakfast then having someone bothered for letting them know if we could get more orange juice or eggs......Not the last impression you want to leave a customer on there last day just very unpleasant!! On the contrary the check in host was pleasant friendly and welcoming, Kudos to her!!

Excellent I would go there again. I would have book there for my return trip except the price was too high

It was great quite and clean staff friendly...................

I had to stay for a night at this place because I had to catch an early morning flight the next day. The staff and their attention to my needs made the stay a lot more comfortable than at any other hundreds of places I have stayed. They picked me up from the airport, dropped me back, gave me rides to my dinner appointment and brought me back. Always cheerful and friendly. I will certainly stay again at this palce.

I believe the hotel was going through some remodeling and roofing during our stay. The hammering and the construction was a bit annoying in the morning. Not to mention the sound levels at front door, not much of the hallway sounds were blocked out. All morning hustle and talking and kids running could be heard from the bed. :( One last thing being so close to the airport and on the second floor, YES you can hear the air plane take off pretty loudly! No warning was given prior to my stay about that. On a good note breakfast was always a pleasure to have. Plenty of choices given and always had enough being that you get to it on time.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay near the airport. They have a free shuttle. The staff was very friendly.

Great stay but there was no food available for breakfast.

Stay was great and would go back for sure. Would recommend this hotel and will mark it as a favorite.

I would stay here again as a last resort. I liked the parking and the walk to the fast food next door. I liked the easy highway on ramp, considering how hard it is to navigate SJ. I liked the fresh makeover, and the attempt to show upscale touches. This place is a very good choice considering the market/region. But I think I'd rather get up early and drive into Silicon Valley than stay in it, in the future.

I stayed at this La Quinta for 4 nights recently and found the lobby and common areas were a little tired looking. But the room I had was spacious, clean and comfortable. A good value in a good location, right off the 101 and next to the San Jose airport.

The hotel is close to the airport, which is exactly what we wanted. We flew in late and checked in without any issues. The rooms are very spread out, so I would recommend checking in, getting directions to your room and then parking near your room. There is ample parking. Only complaints were the breakfast (not very good, but it's free, so you can't be too picky), very loud air conditioner (constant banging and rambling all night) and the fitness room (there was only 1 treadmill and someone was walking on it and I didn't have time to wait for them to finish to get my run in).

I am sorry to hear about the sheets. We just purchased over $3000 worth of bed linens so hopefully the tattered product will be removed. I regret that something in the breakfast buffet made you ill.

I am very sorry for this. I will attempt to track this down and find out why your room may not have been serviced. I wish that you had called the desk to ask for another room.
