great place to stay. nice hotel in a nice area with lots of good eating and things to do. highly recommend.
I have stayed at this hotel when it was a Kimpton. Also stayed at there when it was first bought by Hilton. In the ten years nothing has changed.. not the carpets, the furniture it looks exactly the same. The only change is they got rid of all the amenities. I had breakfast every day there and it was never right once. The staff was good and correcting it but it was frustrating. Also room cleaning was on request only and the room was dusty from beginning. It might be a Hilton Curio but a Hilton Courtyard is just as good if not better. All products were in installed pump bottles that everyone recommends to avoid cause of cross contamination. To sum it up... its not as good as it use to be and they dont seem to be investing anything in this hotel. My next visit I will try someone where else.
Hotel was nice. But there were a few issues: 1) Check in was slow. When we arrived to the hotel, almost all doors were closed, we entered through garage. No one was at main gate. It took about 30 for someone to show up and complete check in. 2) There was no wifi. 3) Although I had paid for hotel in advance through Orbitz, the hotel could not find the payment and they charged us again. I am asking that we are not charged a second time for our stay, and this error should have been prevented.
