Excellent views! Air fan not very good but quiet Staff very friendly and ready to recommend sites.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! My flight from NYC was delayed so I ended up arriving in San Jose after midnight. The front desk staff provided water and snacks for me, upgraded my room to the executive level, and gave me access to free breakfast for the duration of my stay. The staff I encountered were polite and always helpful. My room was clean, bright, and comfortable. Walls were a little thin so I could hear a lot of the other guests but it was never too disruptive. I would definitely stay here again!

Room and facility was clean, very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant on site was very nice with good service and friendly waiters.

We had an issue with the overnight parking pass but the staff resolved it quickly. Make sure you mention you need the in/out card if you plan on using their garage.

I never used Hilton before, but OMG. This is very clean place, I checked the blankets and it's all cleaned. I'm amazed with their housekeeping. I asked for more shampoo and they provide right away. I'll definitely coming back and highly recommended.

First I would like to say my checkout with Rep. Maggie was awesome and wish my check in could have been great as well. The 2 men that where at front desk one witch checked me in was so rude and I left discrimination as I'm Hispanic. Saw how one of my friends was booked with Rep David he was very nice and friendly the gentalmen that check me in was just rude he couldn't solve my problem checking in wanted to double charge me but showed him my receipt then did not want to give me wifi passcode it was an awful check in. The stay at Hilton was so convient as it was inside walking distance to the convention were my daughter had volleyball tournament. I will think twice before booking at the Hilton San Jose again.

This hotel was adequate for a weekend with friends. It is within walking distance to the main SJ nightlife. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. The base price was decent, at about $150/day. However, it costs an extra $10/day for WiFi, which is ridiculous these days. Also, self parking was $25/day. The add-ons make this hotel too overpriced. I'm not a sucker I'm never staying at a Hilton ever again.

stayed for convention and had no trouble! pretty great if you ask me 10/10 would stay again

The room was quiet and comfortable. I was not pleased with the restaurant at breakfast time. I wanted to pick up something quick and easy and their offering were limited at best. I asked for yogurt and the wait person pointed to the refrigerated area. When I told him it was cottage cheese and not yogurt, he replied, no, it's yogurt and made no attempt to look and/or offer to see if they had any more in supply. Not my idea of good customer service for such a large property.

There was no hot water... the hotel acknowledged the problem but would not refund my room because I did not book it directly through them.

We spent a night in San Jose room was awesome and night life was very close by

Comfortable beds! Great service everyone was friendly and prompt. When I asked for towels and a toothbrush they came within 10 minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect! Near lots of restaurants and clubs. As I was driving home I remembered I left my necklace! Luckily they were able to find! I would definitely recommend this place!

Room was clean, tv was clear, bathroom was nice and clean Nice city view.

All the amenities were great. The room was clean and a good size. The location was key. Being able to walk to downtown was very nice and having the staff recommend places to go was helpful. Having a gym and pool/hot tub was awesome. The only downside was no continental breakfast, for the price i thought that would be standard. Paying for parking was not that great either, but i figured for the location it is standard. Overall the hotel was a good experience and i would recommend it or go back.

It's a good location for downtown San Jose........

Perfect location if you are going to see a musical at SJ Performing Arts Center. It is practically across the street. Also connected the the Convention Center. Price not bad for a Friday night. Place was clean and very comfortable.

I booked two separate rooms for two nights. Comfortable rooms. The decor was bland. One of the rooms didn't replenish enough towels. The parking is expensive.

We were in town for an event at the convention center next door. It is very convenient if you're running back and forth between your room and the center. The hotel and rooms were very comfortable and clean. And the staff couldn't have been nicer and helpful. But it is lacking in amenities, however. It only had one restaurant/bar and it was very small. We had the opportunity to walk by the other connecting hotel and the gift shop there seemed to provide more of a variety in terms of drinks, food, gifts, toiletry, etc. If the location was better, it may not have mattered as much. But since it is on the other side of the convention center, it's not really close to restaurants and shops. To me, if felt like I was in the quiet part of town, which can be a plus or a minus depending on what you're looking for.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. The valet was great. The front desk guy was awesome. The only not so cool thing was the bed :'( the room was nice but we woke up not feeling so great. The bed was kinda of uncomfortable and we felt like we kept rolling to the middle. Other than that we had a decent experience.

very nice room, absolutely the BEST SHOWER I've ever had - very nice bathroom items...nice bar and restaurant. A great value for downtown San Jose - I'd book it again on my next trip to San Jose.
