The staff was excellent
This was a perfect place to stay for a stadium event (Levi's). It was an easy and safe walk to and from the stadium. There are lots of dining and shopping options in the same parking lot as the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!
It was walking distance to stores and restaurants. Minutes from the feeway. Easy access to downtown. Friendly staff. Very clean facility in a aafe area. Parking is $10 a night which is decent. Bed was a little soft for me but slept ok.
Old style a/c kept me awake all night Old style coffee maker in room no Kuerig. Mirror in bathroom doesn’t work small pillows not even properly sized for king bed
Close to shops, quiet, clean, staff were nice.
I just love how CVS was right there and so was a lot of different shopping centers. Breakfast was okay.
The property is. Ice and suites are spacious, currently doing renovations some areas are under construction.

HYatt House was a beautiful property, however it wasn’t clear where to park or where the entrance to the building was.
It was a nice, clean, warm welcoming pace to stay for my trip to San Jose.
They were remodeling but besides that, it was a great hotel.
