The room is always clean. The hotel is nicely situated (walking distance) near work place (Tesla) a variety of restaurants (including a fast food), and certainly an easy drive to so much more: malls, grocery stores and ethnic restaurants of many varieties. Fremont seems to have it all.

Hotel staff is helpful. Room rates are reasonable. Noisy early in the morning.

Blanca, the lady from the front desk was awesome. The day we checked in for the second time, she called us up at our to check if we were comfortable with our room and if we needed anything else. She was friendly, hospitable and a great asset to the company. Another awesome staff is Miriam, who was always prompt like Blanca and ready to make any guests stay a memorable and comfortable one. Thanks to Blanca and Miriam, my husband and I would definitely come back ro stay in their hotel when we return to the bay area.

I am very disappointed, they don't have coffee machine in the room. The air conditioning didn't work. Room air circulation is very poor.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for close to 2'weeks, since we like the way they treat their guests. The staff are courteous, friendly and hospitable. Special credit should be given to Blanca at the front desk and Miriam, the housekeeping staff, for their professional yet friendly dealings with their guests. They took time in calling us up and checking on us if we are comfortable with our room. They showed commitment and dedication to their work. They are an asset to the company.

I enjoy my stay, I will get that hotel again if I will be staying in that area

Another terrific stay at my favorite "Go To" rest spot. My work schedule required I stay several days here over the T-Day holiday. My room and the service couldn't be better - especially for the daily rate ... and speaking of rates; I see another reviewer, a real math whiz, states that accommodations here were less than --- and recommends a drive down the road to the Marriot's Inn for only ten bucks more. So I just went on Orbitz and checked both inns for a mid-week date in the future, 12/13/16: Marriots room is $205. more than Goodnite Inn. Don't tkae my word for it, check it out yourself on-line. I strongly suspect that discrepancies of this magnitude are indicative of the accuracy of the entire content of such reviews. For example: another reviewer states that the pool is lacking; the pool is beautiful, surrounding grounds gorgeous. I've been to quite a few pool parties and this pool is kept in as good a condition as any I've enjoyed. It's not an Olympic sized pool, no diving board, nor life guard but I'd love to have it in my backyard!

Another comfy stay at my "go to" rest stop. The staff is always welcoming and generally can accommodate anyoutlandish request I make. As it is so close to my temporary work place and several restaurants I will definitely be back.

Good experiences, clean room and nice. Just stay over night before returned to Los Angeles.

As soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who very quickly checked me in. Upon arriving to my room I immediately felt comfortable as the room was clean, modern and spacious. Parking was easy and access to the freeway was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Needed just a place to wash and sleep this was perfect. Check-in with a tall fellow went well and check-out with Blanca was very nice, friendly and professional.

This is the worst hotel my family have ever been. I requested a non-smoking room when I booked. But they assigned a smoking room to us without notice when we checked in. As soon as we walked into the room, the smell triggered my son's asthma. I called the front desk right away to request room change. The representative said that's the only room they had. But I knew two other persons just checked in after us. Then my husband asked if they could help us somehow since my son couldn't stay in that room and it's after mid-night. They put us on hold forever. We then headed to their lobby. But the guy refused to let us in. His excuse was he had other guests in the lobby already. What a excuse!. Technically, we were still their guests at that time. We realized that guy is heartless and we didn't want to have business with them anymore. So we requested refund. At that time, their manager came. My husband wanted to talk with her. But she just showed carelessness. Stay away this ruthless hotel!!! I wish I could give Zeros to them!

Some of the lights in the room did not work. The light switch by the entrance didn't do anything. The bed did not get made, only slightly straightened up. The towels are tiny and thin.

Upon check in, both black female and while male staffs were so mean and so unfriendly. Black female is the worst hotel staff I ever see in California. What an attitude! No smile at all. This is California, not New York City ! I don't know why they are allowed to work at the front desk with that attitude. They seemed they had hard time to find clean room ready by 3 pm etc., or they may not like the management of the hotel but that is not a good reason to spoil guest's vacation or business trip. Morning staff is OK. She seems nice enough to say have a nice day and a smile.

Hotel did not meet my expectations. Not going back

awesome hotel staff

Blanca, the lady from the front desk was awesome. The day we checked in for the second time, she called us up at our to check if we were comfortable with our room and if we needed anything else. She was friendly, hospitable and a great asset to the company. Another awesome staff is Miriam, who was always prompt like Blanca and ready to make any guests stay a memorable and comfortable one. Thanks to Blanca and Miriam, my husband and I would definitely come back ro stay in their hotel when we return to the bay area.

clean hotel, friendly staff and comfortable stay
