We needed a room for a few days so I could visit with old friends. We checked in very late and were assigned a room on the second floor. Both of us have mobility issues which make it difficult to climb stairs, so we asked if we could be moved to a first floor room. As soon as a first floor room opened up the next day, we were given that room. The housekeeping staff and front desk clerk were all very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Didn't spend much time in the room but it wasn't pleasant when we were there. It was non-smoking but WREAKED of cigarettes right when we opened the door & found 2 spiders (in plain sight) in the first 10 minutes. Also got woken up by people talking outside at 4am. Won't be going back.

Good hotel, and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable room.

No one was st the desk for check in. I waited for 15 min. Breakfast was ok. Room needs to be professionally redone. WAllpaper and caulking were a mess. Where was the free wifi? Was not given password

The front desk woman called me at midnight asking me why I hadn't checked in that day when the reservation was for tomorrow. I had explained to her on the two previous phone calls that evening that the reservation was for tomorrow but she refused to believe me and explained I would have to pay for the night that I wasn't present. In addition, the breakfast is poor and the coffee worse. The building at one time was well constructed but has fallen into poor maintenance practices. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a 1 star hotel posing as a 3 star hotel.

A bit dated and somewhat Asian in style, but overall comfortable with very spacious room, huge tv and all the amenities one needs. Included breakfast was sufficient, friendly and accommodating staff

The lobby set the tone with a not so pleasent odor. First thing we saw as we entered our room was the couch and how the cushions were worn out and one was mashed flat. The walls and and door had stains which I cleaned with Clorox wipes I had in my luggage. Also cleaned sliding door in bathroom. Yuck. Four pillows on the extra roomy bed. Mine had four black hairs on it. The bed was comfy but because of the squeeky floors, we heard the upstairs guest's every step. From late at night to an early rise at 5;30 am. We checked out the free breakfast upon leaving before 7:00 and dishes were empty. And there was a sign asking for guests to not take food with them. I took an apple. Five nights on the road and this was the worst!

So ofcourse our room looked nothing like the pics but it wasnt as much as a problem to me as the super uncomfortable, hard bed!! Most uncomfortable bed ive ever layed on and thats mainly what im paying for right?? The room was also dusty which made me question the rooms cleanliness. Breakfast "buffet" from 630 to 9 but gone by 8.

Upon arrival check in was a little slow, however the staff was friendly about it and apologized. The location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Nice sized tv in the room. Fairly clean, shower had some stains that come with age. I would stay there again, and for the value it was excellent! Only negatives were the beds weren't that comfortable, I wouldn't stay more than two - three nights, and there were only two small towels in the bathroom, although I have no doubt the staff would have provided more easily enough.

Room was nice clean. Need better pillows way to thin. thanks

I requested Late Arrival and Disability Access when I placed the reservation and paid for it. We confirmed the reservation and for late arrival several hours before our arrival for this pre-paid room. Upon arrival we found she was registered and that it was only one steep flight of stairs to the second floor (an elevator or the lack of one should be mentioned in their ad)and that her walker did not totally fit on any one step except the bottom sidewalk and the top landing. With some assistance we managed to traverse the stairs safely. The answer from the staff was that if we had arrived earlier they might have been able to accommodate us for disability access for my pre-paid reservation. Did I mention that the reservation was pre-paid. A room should have been set aside since they already had their money and late arrival was verified. The Jacuzzi was nice but the shower was much more eventful, but eventually she got it to work right. She was unable to take advantage of what I am sure would have been a great breakfast offering but she could not get down the steep stairs without assistance and by the time I got there to help access to the food was closed. I recommend this hotel for value (You Get What You Pay For)but not for people with walking difficulties.

Clean and affordable

Everything was clean and fresh each day. Staff was friendly, location was great and rates were reasonable.

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure about staying their. The room was older but clean and the jacuzzi tub was enjoyed. The pool was not heated which made for a very cold swim! I think for the price we had a good deal.

We found a used condom under the blankets of the bed my kids were sleeping in!!! We checked out on a Sunday and there was no site supervisor or manager available to complain to. We don't recommend this hotel to friends or family!!

Hotel was easy to find right off freeway. Front desk clerk spent about 5 minutes on what seemed to be a personal call while I waited to be checked in. The room was clean and spacious. But there wasn't any coffee, cream or sugar which we didn't realize until morning. And, there were only 2 bath towels, so we asked the housekeeper for 2 more. She gave us 2 pool towels - rough and frayed on the edges. Other than that, we were satisfied with the room.

A very large room with a separate area with couch and decks. The noise was minimal being close to the freeway, due to the construction of windows and doors. Close to dinners, town, freeway, and parks.

dont waste your time with this hotel!!! My wife and I want to have a room to relex but was kept up all night. the jumping and running around by the people upstair keep us up all night. It started from 7:30 pm and went thru 12:15 am in the morning. after several calls to the front desk the and speaking to the owner 3 differant time they finally stop jumping and running around. but after my wife and I finally got to sleep it started up again at 5:30 am call the office and told them this had to stop! my wife and i have a long ride ahead of us and have only gotten a few hours sleep!!! the front said there was nothing they could do!!! I Gathered all our stuff and went to the front desk to check out. i asked why they were cleaning up the breakfast items? she no one was in eating today, I told her that we would like to have something to eat. she told me sorry they already cleaned it up. my wife and I left the hotel and drove to a resturant and then home.

Nice and Quite, would stay again.

The executive inn was close to freeway access, host friendly, room comfortable and afforable, they even upgraded our room with a spa tub.
