There was a towel blocking the smoke detector In badroom , stuff should look for that

Because of the Pacific storm on Oct 14, we arrived from LA late at 2am. It was too tired to check the room out but go straight to sleep. We were woke up by the poor plumbing noise next room at 7am, beside that room were good. The breakfast buffet was great except the omelette bar cook, he was rude and puts tons of Jalapeño Into our omelettes, request for the second time, it was the same!

Beautiful rooms with a lot of space. Friendly staff that answer all your questions. Complimentary drinks during happy hour and complimentary breakfast

First room we had wife felt she got bit twice. Gave my baby a bath and found a flea on him when we took the towel off

This hotel is pretty good and it's close to Great America, and eateries, the only thing I did not like is the pool. It is way too small. The day I felt like relaxing in the Jacuzzi it was full of kids so that was a disappointment. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom shower had excellent water pressure and the shower head was perfect.

Hotel was fine besides seven bucks to park in hotel lot when you're a guest? The lot was only half full. It's not like you can park on the street either.

the staff was great. We had complimentary full breakfast and free drinks in the afternoon. We were there for a soccer match at Levi Stadium. We had a great time

it was nice for the kids to be able to swim and they had free snacks for the guest. Everyone was really nice and fast check in

Easy enough to get to and from Great America-about a $10 cab ride. (Other hotels definitely closer though). Good happy hour! Comfy bed! Free breakfast, although very hectic and ran out of a lot consistently while we were there.

I booked this hotel way in advance. When I checked, no room was available. My room was guaranteed and coming from a very long trip, this was very frustrating. Although the hotel tried to accommodate me by booking at a nearby hotel. I always book this hotel for a reason. The fold out couch and full breakfast was not available next door. I'm very disappointed.

Been in better but this worked in a pinch. The A/C was loud and the Fridge didn't work. Other than that i would recommend this place to any travelers.

Close to Levi Stadium for a great price with breakfast!

Booked two rooms, staff upgraded our rooms so that we could have two rooms side by side. Staff made sure our stay there was nothing less than perfect! Also, can't go wrong with the free happy hour from 5:30-7:30p. Definitely needed a few drinks to get the night started!

Pleasant. Everything was close and easy to get to. The staff was helpful and friendly

Love the rooms. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and the employees have great customer service

The Shower was as if you where in a gym. Water flows close to toilet which to me does not mix. Need to find a better way to do shower.

Nice place the room was clean an confortable and the breakfast was good...no more to say got what I wanted

After unpacking in the room I called the front desk to ask for the password for the Internet. I was told I would have to pay $9.98 for Wireless Internet in the room. I used it in the lobby for free but the connection was slow. We stayed in the hotel the weekend the kid’s soccer team was there. I think the dads and kids who were playing door tag did not realize anyone besides the team was on the floor. The laughter and shouting were OK earlier in the evening . . . but at 11:30 PM . . . May be a better hotel for families than couples. The room was very clean, the price was good. The breakfast was made to order omelets and very good. There were bins of pancakes, scrambled eggs, and a variety of pastry, breads and a juice dispenser. The dining Room Staff headed up by Yuli Tharp were more than awesome. They dodged the kids running everywhere and never lost their smile or pleasant attitude. Five gold stars for them. The VPL cheese burger was exceptionally good! We arrived 10 minutes before the end of the evening snacks and drinks. It was crowded and people were lined up 6 deep to get a drink. Don’t have a comment about this.

Excellent breakfast on the weekend and really good on the week days. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked it. The hotel rooms were very nice in fact we didn't even use the TV area and just used the bedroom area.

We needed a place close enough to relatives in the area and also conveniently located from the San Jose airport. This place was clean, spacious enough for a family of four, and with enough convenience and amenities and cleanliness to make it worth considering for a return stay in the future. Friendly and helpful staff. Includes a complimentary breakfast buffet that was surprisingly good. Feel like we have a solid option for the area. Had an indoor swimming pool. Would've been nice if it had an outdoor resort type pool but that's clearly a different type of venue.
