Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Cupertino

We're visiting a family members who was graduating from UC Santa Cruz. The drive only took a little over one hour in heavy traffic.

The hotel is nice, but does feel outdated on certain things. Overall, we liked it and would most likely stay here again, but maybe not our first choice. The main reason would be freeway noise and how it woke both, my wife and I up during the night.

Nice hotel. What you expect at a courtyard Marriott.

We had a good experience overall however there were lots of kids and the pool was a bit rirty

Many hotels now offer continental breakfast which was a disappointment. I say this only because having breakfast where you stay is so convenient to get your day started and just be part of the room rate.

We stayed at this hotel as it was near my son's apartment. The hotel was nice and in a decent area. We were able to walk around the area in the morning for exercise. There were several restaurants in walking distance, most were in the adjacent Asian shopping center. The room interior was slightly dated, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. We will probably stay here again when visiting Cupertino.

We loved the pool, and the amazing Asian restaurants and shops just a short walk away!

very comfortable place at a wonderful location. within walking distance to the nice cupertino village with numerous chinese restaurants. would be even better if there are free breakfast.

Staff was great and rooms were clean. Bathroom (especially the sink area) was a little cheesey, but otherwise fine. The pool was great, and the exercise room was small with only freeweight dumbbells, but up to date treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. The small "bistro"/Starbucks/bar was quaint and good.

Pro: Windows open on 2nd & 3rd floors. Do not need the unhealthy air conditioners. Con: They charge for Coffee in the main lobby. That a first for me. I have stayed at several main line Hotels over the past year and not one charged for lobby coffee.

Clean and professional as expected from Courtyard Marriott.

Easy access to 280. Comfortable room/bed. Nice to have in room fridge and a real coffee maker.

Very pleasantly surprised. Great accommodations, especially for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Good quality. Complimentary coffee was hard to find.

Arrived late so didn't check out facilities. Very convenient location, beds comfortable. Had stayed here before and was in a room by freeway where it was noisy. This time requested quiet room by courtyard which worked out well. However the heater (big unit by the window) was rather noisy and didn't seem to warm the hotel room up. Satisfied with the value.

Friendly staff. Great location, close by dining and shops. Easy access to I-280. The room was spacious and clean, free wifi, large HD TV. There's a small diner in the lobby that serves burgers, sandwiches, beverages and etc. You can order some snacks and drinks and just hangout in front of the giant TV in the lobby. The price was excellent. Overall a great experience.

Very convenient access to freeway. Easy to get to family in San Jose and Santa Cruz. Very comfortable room. The Orbitz discount was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding in the area and I must say it is convenient, clean, friendly and has all the amenities you need.

The hotel was very nice. Easy check in and ok front desk staff. The room was clean and smelled good. I did not like that you could hear people moving around above you. A few times the people above us woke me up just from dropping something. The bed looked like an awesome comfy bed but it was a regular hard bed with nice sheets. The bed needs a bigger comforter in order to keep you warm. I had to bundle up. The hotel location is great right by the freeway! I would stay here again.

It was a really nice place for the price. I was very impressed with the whole decor and cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing too. Great location for entertainment too!
