Modestly priced for the area, very comfortable bed, diversity of choices for breakfast

The hotel overall was a little dated but looked liked the rooms themselves had been updated, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made up for it. Was a good buy for the nightly rate especially as compared to the other hotels in the area.

This is my go to hotel when in san jose area for buisness. For the most part there great.but depending on whos at front desk puting payments thru may mess up.but other then that rooms are wat u pay for.

Iv been here a a lot over past 2 years.its a great quiet place.rooms good could use a lil updating.Staff is a lil rude and dnt care to much to actuly fix there overcharge to me.

This hotel worked out as they had an OK hot breakfast and were close enough to my client that I didn't have to take highways but back roads. The service was above average and the rooms were sufficient. The price was a lot less than a lot of other nicer hotel chains in the area.

It a value buy for a good night sleep. Staff are friendly and room is in good shape and clean.

Hotel is very basic, feels a bit old, carpet, furniture, etc. Is currently going through some Rooms do seem clean. Breakfast is about what to expect from this type of hotel chain.

The service is really good, friendly, really good breakfast, clean area

As others have noted, the rooms are outdated. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast were on par with other hotels I have stayed at that were more costly. My only complaint was the Mexican guys drinking beer, smoking, and talking loudly one night outside my hotel room.

The toilet was broken in the first room we got, so we had to move everything to a different room. We needed two queen beds and the 2nd room we were moved to had only one King and a pull out sofa. We didn't want to mess with changing rooms again, so we just stayed with the 2nd room, which was extremely small. When we got the sofa bed ready for the kids, it overlapped the other bed by about 5 inches. On top of that, the room felt very dirty and there were hairs left in the bathroom, the toilet paper roll had only a few squares left on it, and sink fixture was so out of date the plastic knobs were cracked and yellow. Ewwww, will definitely NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

We travel to Sunnyvale several times a year to be with our son and his family. This time we chose the Quality Inn. We've stayed at other properties in the past via other online providers. This property was nothing special but was very convenient and quite comfortable for our needs. We sleep and shower there and that's it. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Towels provided were plentiful and clean. (Why do so many properties pretend to say they are taking care of Mother Earth by not laundering towels if hung up and then provide a whole new set anyway?) The free breakfast had ample selections and was quite good. Free wi-fi was dependable.Given that the entire property could use a makeover it was clean. Just a couple of nits could have improved the stay - the toilet had a leak and ran for about 3 seconds every 15 seconds. We just closed the door and all was good. And the price was right. I keep this hotel on my list and book again but after we go through a whole rotation of other properties in the area.

Disappointed first impression by stained bed cover sheet but bed sheet was clean. More than adequate breakfast for quick bite.

We were in Sunnyvale for a family wedding and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were treated great, and everything we asked for they provided. Breakfasts were also fantastic. Will stay there again.

near small business park

Ordered a non-smoking king. Given a smoking king. No other options available that day. Room stunk from smoke, shower rod falling apart, shower would not drain. Next day moved to a non smoking double queen. OK, but not what I reserved. Slightly better, although the shower would also not drain. AC temp knob missing and stuck on tepid. Asked for a fix and they turned it down to frostbite with a pliers and didn't leave the pliers so I could adjust. Reasonably clean though and the breakfast was OK. Would not stay there again.

Liked the place. I think for the price it is excellent.

Hotel offered good rates with good service. The b'fast was a hot b'fast with lot of choices. The furniture and appliances were old but in working condition. Staff was very nice. Will definitely visit again.

I enjoyed free wireless internet access and their hot breakfast. The room was a little bit smaller than other Quality Inn I have stayed.

Quiet area close to 101. Free laundry was a great asset.
