    Crappy room and worse service

    Toilet drained repeatedly all night, hard to sleep with the noise. At checkout advised Denise toilet needs repair before next guest. Without looking up she said "sorry, I'll tell the maintenance supervisor. Would you like a copy of your receipt ?" I said i stay at Westin so i dont have to deal with poor sleep from poor maintenance. Again without looking up Denise said "sorry, here's your receipt". VERY OBVIOUS Denise didnt give a shit !!! No talk to the manager, no suggestion what to do if happens in future. Poor room and poor service from Denise.
