They were completely understaffed. I had to go to front desk to get linens for the pull out sofa that they originally said they didn’t have. Completely understaffed, just had one guy there while people were checking in and they were trying to wash linens. I don’t want to pick on the staff as the one guy was trying to do everything, but he was not doing himself any favors. Room smelled, roaches were all over kitchen and bathroom. Way over priced for what you received.

The water pressure in shower was horrible. Beds are uncomfortable. The sofa double bed that my kids had to sleep on had no sheets or pillows had to ask for those separate and no pillows were available. Says free WiFi but once we got into room we had to pay a fee to use WiFi. Hallways smelled and made me nauseous and the “free breakfast” was packets of instant oatmeal with hot water jug empty. And coffee. This is “you get what you pay for”.

To have a room that things work in and not sleeped in bed.

This place was great for a motel, if it is competing against Motel 6 or Super 8. I wouldn't really want to make much of an extended stay though, as the room was fairly small, although the kitchenette was usable. The room was clean and in good repair, but outside noise started up by 8am, so you can't really sleep in (although if you are using it for work, that might not be a problem)

Room size is good for family with 2 kids but floor is not clean properly. Water at outdoor swimming pool is so cold. Breakfast is just muffins, coffee, and cocoa. Cannot compare with Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn. It is not a good place to stay if you do not have a pet and no choice to find any where else. Outside grass is so messy with dog poo. Hope this hotel will improve in the future because its location is very convenient for driving anywhere in San Jose.

Really close to the San Jose airport. Costumer service was terrible staff member was extremely rude. She seemed to be irritated. Price was good for a deluxe studio!

Not very clean. For the price I would have expected coffee in the room - none! Not even a water glass in the room that is supposed to be for extended stays.

Hotel was close to our destination and because they allowed me to have my dog with me, will definitely recommend to others and will use again

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because they couldn't find my reservation for more of it orbits The room itself was fine and I would recommend the facility. My credit card # was stolen and used by someone that same night at this hotels downtown location. Very suspicious.

Room is OK for the money, decent size. Strong smell of curry for some reason in hall ways, but room not as bad. Hotel iron broken; requested replacement never showed up. Location easy to get to, but could be confusing if you do not know the area. If other hotels are booked up in this area or you need a cheaper room option, this will do.

Rude staff, No one in the front desk all day. They have this sign on top of the counter infront of the lobby that says "be back in 10min". and dial 0 for assistance. tried calling it for 10min but no response..Left went back after 15min. still the sign is on the top of the counter NO STAFF AROUND! I was so upset for going back and forth and for help so, i finally i start to tap the counter with my room room key, as loud as i can for them to hear notice someone is out there for assistance, they come out upset. THE WORST EXTENDED STAY YOU'LL EVER BE IN IN SAN JOSE AREA!!!!!

Was concerned based on previous reviews. What I got was a nice room. Did have some issues with leftovers from previous guest and no toiletries but issues quickly resolved by from desk personnel. Had zero issues with access or homelessness as previous reviews mentioned. One concern was the headboard that fell off the wall as I was sleeping on my last night there. It did give me a start.

The staff was pleasant and this is a great location. This is a terrible value for your money, everything in this place is broke. Also, there was no coffee two out of three mornings.

AC blew hot air- asked for help and he showed up 3 days later as we were checking out. Internet didn't work even after paying for upgraded services. Wouldn't let my husband into hotel at night because he didn't have his key even though his name was on the room. Old dingy rooms, no water to purchase, uncomfortable bed with old bedding. This place is a pass for sure.

Terrible conditions at this hotel. Stairwells not vacuumed, hallways not vacuumed, a poor attempt at a breakfast, water temperature was tepid in the shower. For the money, a complete ripoff. Worst hotel experience of my 20 year travel career.

If you need some rest to get by for the night then this is the place just make sure you have ear plugs if your a sensitive sleeper or you will hear kids running around the halls and upstairs. Also you better not be hungry or thirsty because the hotel has just vending machines. Oh and breakfast just vending and some granola bars. rooms have no coffee makers and no ice. You have a fridge to make ice but by the time Ice is made you could have drove 8-10 miles to the store and bought some and your drinks. Now if you have food great they have a stove, microwave, & fridge. Just don't forget the ice they have no ice machines.

great motel

This place was great for a motel, if it is competing against Motel 6 or Super 8.
