We had a room on the pool level, threw the sliding glass doors. Room was large and bed was comfortable. You can hear conversations from outside but nobody really lingered around or in the pool during our 1 night stay. The bathroom was weird, 5 different tiles and even walls without tile, meaning a 6th type of surface decor in the room. My husband hit his head on everything. The header of the sliding glass door, the bar/header in the shower. The rainfall shower head was even to short for him to stand under. Breakfast was okay, typical Tico but hot eggs to order (scrambled or fried). Plates of fresh fruit and a few odd things like cut up and fried hot dogs... overall not a bad experience not the best either.
