It took to long to place and receive drink orders. The reused plastic cups were no properly sanitized.

Very quiet and relaxing resort. We stayed in the adults only section which is infinitely better than the main side. The pool is cleaner and the service is faster. You also have access to the exclusive restaurant. Staff is fast and friendly. We had an incident in the bathroom and within minutes maintenance came and fixed the issue. Whole ordeal took less than 10mins. Also the concierge service was hands down the best we have had at any resort. Roberto texted us daily and checked on us daily. Anything that wasn’t taken care of he did it for us. He even found something I left in my room and took it to the front desk for us. The buffet is very small for the size of the resort so we ate ate at the reserve restaurant for breakfast. The Asian restaurant and the steak house were great, service a little slow. This is a very quiet and relaxing resort , romantic, so if you want a party this is not for you.

Concierge were excellent

The property is great - walkable and swimmable beach was the best part. Staff is great and friendly. Was a bit disappointed that I was not able to get a room upgrade. Also disappointed with our concierge. He never checked in on us was not very helpful. I would text thin to ask him questions and he was very dry and would refer me to ask other staff members.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was nice and clean , and it’s has a private beach!

The tutle sanctuary was a winderful surprise!

Service excellent. Facility well maintained. Liked the evening live music. Restaurants service great. However, the entrees were a little limited . Lunches were great in the restaurant with wonderful ambiance. Especially liked the one day when food carts were also available by the pool. It would have been perfect if the room assigned to us was not in the lowest level of the hotel.

I have been to the Cabo area many times and I decided to stay at the Paradisus for a more “luxury” property. I was very much disappointed. The service at the restaurants all nights except one was terrible. Would be seated and have to wait at least 30 minutes to get someone to acknowledge you or even fill your glass of water. All the menus are accessible by QR code which is fine if you can even get it to load on your phone. They may have one printed copy and if you do ask it’s a big inconvenience, so plan on carrying your phone the whole time. The food at the restaurants was good but required a reservation every night and there was limited selection. The rooms were ok had some typical wear and tear. The saving grace for this resort is the beach! It’s awesome that you can get food and drink service on the beach. The beach is swimmable and so much fun.

Fascination resort at a prime location. I got the reserve deluxe suite. Love the food and beverage options. I do wish that they would pay more attention to shower booth cleanliness as it had mildews in corners. Besides that, pretty much everything was great!

Restaurants were clean, tokimeku restaurant was impeccable (especially server Ulysses), all the workers throughout the resort were very nice, pool was very clean (they always had someone cleaning it), the resort provided plenty of pool inflatables, plenty of towels, plenty of laying seats (with cushions), food was delicious (would've been nice if there were more options), no lifeguard on wednesday july 6th (which is when we needed on most importantly), beach bar is closed way too early, it would've been nice if they were open after 4pm, gabi restaurant by pool closes at 6pm, would've been nice if they were open longer than that, roomservice for food took much longer than expected (took 1 hour for coffee at 8am), cleaning crew did great job keeping the place clean, all employees were very nice and were wearing masks at all times, we didn't mind if they would take it off but they always had masks on, nespresso cafe was lovely with long hours which was great, gift shop had a lot of items we needed which was great. kidsdom was great but it was mostly for children younger in age (3-9), they had plenty of games on playstation for older kids, they were very attentive with the children, workers at kidsdom were very kind (especially Esmeralda), when we needed food from a restaurant the employees would kind enough to arrange providing it even though we were not dining.

The property is beautiful. The pool and other amenities are really nice. Everything was close to the room. Convenience is key on these types of all inclusive vacations. The food options were good as per any all inclusive resort, the food will plateau off as average to very good, but it never reached the excellent level. The drinks were flowing and good, but they aren’t flashy drinks you’d get at a nice bar. Meal portions were decent. We enjoyed the stay very much, but the restaurants never reached a super high-level of quality as I was hoping to see. I guess this is to be expected from an all-inclusive resort though.

Paradisus is a lovely resort. The grounds are well kept. Service is a bit inconsistent but never bad. Covid testing was very unorganized! It really put a damper on our last day.
