The double room at the second floor was very ok. The single room at the first floor was not ok at all. And very loudy. Like sleeping at the street. The receptionists are very kind and very helpful. The wifi worked only once during my 7 days staying. Old building. Humidity stinks. But a budjet hotel

Stayed 3 nights. On arrival (Saturday) hotel was full and I ended up in an inside room. It was a small room with single bed and an old mattress on it. The room had a lingering tobacco smell from years past. There was private bathroom though. This room is passable for a one night of sleep but wouldn't like to stay longer. On Sunday received a better room. It was a bright room in sunny side. Room was quite large with a large bed. TV with satellite channels. Balcony and air-con for summertime. Even had a view of a the sea at distance. This room was nice considering the price. There were notices posted that rooftop terrace/pool area is closed for repairs. Free wi-fi in reception area. Pleasant personnel in reception, whom you get to meet many times as the hotel likes you to leave the room key in reception when going out.

The hotel is centrally located just near the South Tenerife airport. Easily accessed are tourist attractions such as Santa Cruz, Mount Tiege and Puerto de Cruz. Very good receptionist Anastasia. Highly recommended for a short holiday in the sun. I will definitely come back!!

My booking was not in the system, but when I showed them the confirmation, they arranged for another place for me to stay the first night. The place I was sent to was a "hostel", but I loved it. The staff at the hostel was super nice. The staff at Hotel Aeropuerto Sur is also nice, but this is a low end hotel. The standard is "ok-", and the cleaning is not good. I got a towel with stains on it, and the stains were faced up, so the cleaners should have seen it. Maybe not a big thing, but it shows that they don't care. The hotel profile offers "free parking", but that is street parking, and you need to find the space youre self. That being said, I found parking two times within five minutes. The hotel has free wi-fi in the reseption lounge. The code had 25 numbers/ letters and that sais a lot of this hotel. All this being said, I was looking for a cheap hotel, and the price was €40 per night. This was under half of the next one on the list. The room had towels, shampoo and bath gel, but nothing else. A safe and a Tv is also in the room, if you pay extra. I will never come back, but if you're a budgetg, maybe it could be ok.

I have to say this hotel was basic and in need of some TLC, but I found little in my short stay to really moan about. The negatives were simple: a noisy and poorly ventilated room with a squeaky bed. The aircon seemed not to work and we were woken up several times by what sounded like a brothel accross the road. The swimming pool on the roof was clean and fun but offered no shade, only broken chairs and the whole place seemed a bit tired. My final complaint is that the restaurant & bar are run by a separate family, which means arrangements such as late food are a bit hard to come by. On the positive side, the staff were very accommodating and helpful when some 20 of us arrived en masse from the airport no thanks to an Easy Jet technical delay, which required an overnight stay organised by the carrier. It was one thirty in the morning but the staff remained helpful and even gave us their own bottles of water as the bar was shut. As I've hinted above, the rooms were not perfect but we did sleep, had a clean room and a decent shower in the morning. The breakfast was buffet style and perfectly OK for this standard of hotel. We were not asked to check out in the morning, a useful touch and were served a very decent lunch at one pm on a long table, consisting of salad, main course and desert. Wine, water and Fanta were also in plentiful supply. The bar staff were very accommodating when it came to sterilising bottles for our 5 month old baby, something we requested twice that day. Ok, the area is not touristic but English is spoken at the hotel. We found a very friendly sala de juegos nearby that suplied good coffee for us and fairly priced games for the kids. Overall the stay over wasn't what we had intended, but the area offered a good local slice of life, something you don't really get on the playas or costas in Tenerife. :

Walked in nearly cried, went to the room, left the bags, got a taxi to los Cristianos to find somewhere to stay as it was that horrible we was definitely not staying, we paid for another hotel the same night after arrival, and left ASAP the next morning. For people who can't afford to do this, I feel terrible for,as you won't want to stay here, if we had of turned up with our two children one 4 years and one 7 months I would of screamed the place down and demanded to be moved by them immediately, we spent £100 in taxis trying to find another hotel. It was ridiculous, cigarette burn in the mattress, one pillow for two people,inside of wires for lights on show plugged in, cracks in the walls, bugs in the bathroom, rotten sink surround, looked filthy as we walked in aswell, and we got dropped off at a roundabout, and had to walk the streets with luggage, to find it, then walked through a gang of lads, intimidating. So the coach charged £40 there and back for a 2 minute ride from the airport, nothing around to do whatsoever. Felt scared. Just all round a bad experience, even if you are wanting a cheap last minute holiday, please read first before deciding this is where you want to stay, they say this is a 3 star, we went and stayed at Alborada beach hotel which is on its own, which is also a 3 star (please look this up to compare the two) wow if hotel aero Puerto is a 3 star hotel then alborada is 7 stars and alborada needs modernising but it was a palace compared to this!

I booked a room here for my son as it was close to the airport and his flight landed at 11:30 pm. when he arrived he was told there was no room for him and no effort was made to rebook him. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone to trip advisor who we booked through and did not resolve the issue. ;

The slowest service ever, massive queues, luggage comes out at one suitcase every ten minutes, very clean but not very well managed, some staff were very rude and like any airport the food is over priced, good shops though to shop in at the end of your holiday

Found bar staff nice, serviced nice food. san isidro is quiet area not many tourists but only short bus journey to airport and to near by towns like los cristianos. room was very spacious with balcony. roof top area and pool to relax..only downside was there was no hot water in showers and didnt get much sleep with a loud snorer in room nearby. but id definitly recommend it..

I cannot complain the price worth a lot, the hotel isn't bad a tall, very genuine and nice smiling stuff......and close to all attractions of south tenerife and airport and mostly close to La tejita beach a truly paradise on earth!
