The Travelodge Hotel has one of the best location however anything else it is not good at all.

The the rooms where clean and the maid service was good. Breakfast was good. They had oatmeal and waffles as well as excellent coffee and some cold cereals. The area was kept clean and their was someone insuring that supplies were provided and that nothing was lacking. He was also helpful for those who wanted waffles. Orange juice, apple juice, as well as bread for toast. They also had butter and jelly which I enjoy putting on my toast. Some persons may not be able to tolerate the noise level from cars and from persons talking way into the night. However, I did not mind as it was at a tolerable level. I was able to sleep soundly and had a good night rest every night we stayed there.I

Lot of dirty spots all over the bathroom walls and ceiling! Drug users hang around in the parking lot, no security guard on watch. Homeless walk into breakfast room for help themselves. Some drug users sat in the stairs next to my room.

Good breakfast Room could have been cleaner Location close to Union Square walking distance. Bus services where great

Lots of vagrants, but it's just the neighborhood. The staff was all really nice.

We checked-in at 7 pm and there were two staff members in the front desk including the manager and one of them worked very slow! He took more than 15 mins to check-in a customer and he didn't seem to know what to do. (I saw him making 2 photo copies for my ID and I am sure he needed just one!) The manager wasn't helpful as well. A customer waiting in the line complied to him directory but he just ignored and left the office without looking at him. My child needed to go to restroom and but there was no outside restrooms available and the staff refused us to use their bathroom. (I was waiting in the line and it seemed to take forever to check-in!) Even after check-in, there were people siting down on the staircase and hole way, who I believe were not customers.

Room was sketchy. ...cig burns on furniture. ..local population loitering around. Def felt vulnerable

prostitutes and drug dealer all over hotel manager just makes money on booking rooms to anyone for just a deposit bad location and too mach noise

The place is a filthy mess. Homeless people everywhere. Smelled of urine. I got there late in the evening, no parking. Because of the neighborhood I was reluctant to leave my car anywhere on the street and walk alone. So I didn't stay and was still charged full price for just the reservation.

Dirty, Smelly, other tenants hanging out of their room. Shady Neighborhood

The place was filthy, the check in area as well. The staff so matter of fact. I had to put two bath towels on the bed to be able to lay down & even so I felt like getting up in the middle of the night & to leave. I did so bright & early as soon as I could. I would definitely not recommend this place. And I recommend for Orbitz to not recommend this place either as it is damaging to its reputation.

Terrible mattresses. Bathroom was nice. Hotel close to the streetcar line. Elevator out of order.

Will not stay here again, was disappointed..bad late service.

Best breakfast on our tour, thank you, staff!. Compared to the prices in town a good place for a stay.

Good value and convenient location (not the best neighborhood but still okay). Room clean and spacious but outdated. The mattress a bit uncomfortable still fair. Parking lot available

Not worth the money!! Pay a bit more and enjoy your stay in SF. This hotel you will regret!

The Hotel was ok, but the parking lot fee was too bad.

Thin walls, can hear anyone from right out your door to parking. People live in the motel. You get what you paid for. Central SF so everything's close.

If you want a hotel that wreaks of urine and is surrounded by homeless people then this is the perfect hotel for you.

There was a $15 charge to park. Needs to be clarified on the website. Picked the hotel for the price. Would have stayed elsewhere for fifteen dollars more. Let my guard down next time call before hand and see what the hidden fees are.
