This was the biggest scam I have ever seen. The pictures were great but let me tell you they are a flat out lie! We got there to find homeless and drug dealers everywhere literally in the hallway of our room rearranging their clothes in there suitcase outside our door. Above us someone continued to stomp on the floor for hours! I called the front desk and no one would help. By my 5th call they stopped answering. The ceiling had a hole in it from a water leak and the bathroom had mold and rust everywhere. I was 6 hours from home and we just needed to sleep so we tried but after 4 hours of pure hell we packed up and left! I demanded a refund and the guy at the desk said I would need to call the manager in the morning and believe me I plan to call them, the health department, and corporate because this place is DISGUSTING!!!!!! Do not stay there!!!!!!

Good location. Cheap. Bathroom room didn't close. No bed comforter. Loud fridge

Property needs to be patrolled for someone, heard people from the street waking into the property and playing really loud music. Also noticed that someone might used the the room before my arrival, I found the bed not well made and some trash in the trash can.

I don’t like the homless people can goes in the breakfast room!

Drug dealers, prostitution ,junkies ,electical in poor conditions

The place was really noisy. I understand it's San Francisco. Lots of drug addicts like heroin and crystal meth users were walking zombies on the property. Travel Lodge should hire security at least on weekends. It's dangerous to be quite honest. If I were a female I wouldn't feel safe.

Breakfast in a tiny room. Nothing much for breakfast. Loud part of town. I could hear people outside my room all night. Not enough workers at the front desk. Always had to wait a long time at the front desk. The rooms were decently nice and clean.

This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was not helpful. I had requested a smoke free room and the room had a heavy stench of smoke and cigarrete. The bathroom had hairs all over, not clean. I went to te receptionist and said the couldnt do anything because the didn’t have any other rooms available and they didnt have enough staff to clean. This lodge was filled with drug dealers and prostitution. I felt so bad for the foriegn famalies with their children having to go through this. Bums were right outside the breakfast area trying to sneak in, i went in once and came right back out, it was disgusting. Several people smoking pot outside of their rooms and management did nothing about this. I had to ask for a comforter because they dont provide one unless you ask. Overall this place ruined my trip. I eas charged for parking even though the parking lot was full of cars without parking passes, Please never stay here

Scary clientele. Hallways reeked of urine. Parking bad.

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to book into a hotel, go elsewhere. When I arrived we found a lot of questionable people in the parking lot. I informed the manager that there was a man looking into cars with a flashlight and asked to call the police 4 times and he did nothing. Moments later a man walked in the lobby assuring a car was broken into. We were charged parking($15) and got our key. We were given a room next to people that had dogs barking and a group of people playing loud music in their car. The room was run down, smelled like an ash tray and felt unsafe. I would recommend that orbitz stay clear of any relation with this hotel. Orbitz fixed the situation as much as they could but we ended up with out a room for the night after a long day. It was a nightmare....keep away!

When I booked the room, I did book a single bed, however, I didn’t think the room would be as small as it was considering I booked one of the regular size rooms. The room i was given was way in the corner and there was strong urine smell outside my door, as if someone had been using that corner as a restroom. Not what I wanted for a bday weekend in San Francisco. Very disappointed I was charged $400+ for that!? Andrew

Tv didn’t work. Called front desk was told, “turn it off for maybe 5-10 min and try again.” Went to the office told them it still wasn’t working. He said he’ll get maintenance to go fix it. We went to dinner came back 4 hours later and maintenance never came by. The A/C unit wasn’t working. Huge gap under the door (you can put your fingers under the door) Wasn’t able to sleep comfortably with the noise coming through from the outside. Plus some random guy BANGING on the door next to us at 2am cause he was locked out. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

This travel lodge is in a seedy side of town. Crack head and drugs. This motel is also way over priced! They don’t control parking so good luck finding a spot. Don’t stay here especially if you have a family.

They property was very noisy! People up all night, coming and going, parting til 3am!

Way too much construction noise .jackhammer, and peaple made it hard to relax.

Hotel located with a lot of homeless enter to the brakfast room. Many drogadicts are in the hotel. All smell terrible. Very dirty and fleas bite me Never recomende this hotel

A lot of people knocking on my door in the middle of the night creepy as hell , hallway smell like a underground prostitute bar bathroom , the vending machine is not working and stole my 2 dollars and the check out time it suppost to be at 11 am but my key stop working at 10 , i have to go literally 2 times to front desk everytime that i have to put staff on my car - dissapointed
